Gary Brecka transformed Dana White with one strict rule: “If it’s not on this list, you CANNOT eat it.” The result? Dana went full ketogenic — meat, fish, chicken, eggs, avocado — and only these 5 approved fats allowed in the kitchen: - Tallow - Grass-fed butter - Ghee...

I am unsure if the Raj Shamani team did a background check (before or after) on the podcast as per the claim of Prashant Desai - Go check my LinkedIn Post - But my team did. Here's what we found. (if you are emotionally attached to ghee, stop reading right away) Here's what Prashant's LinkedIn post says: "Ghee is lipolytic, increases lipids in the blood & hence reduces cholesterol. Ghee contains Short Chain Fatty Acids (best fats), CLA and fat-soluble vitamins like A, E & D, best for your heart health. Ghee also keeps cancer at bay and your blood pressure on the down low." But if he had actually studied the studies, he would have known that ghee doesn't decrease cholesterol; in fact, it increases it. There is a reason why Actual doctors ask you to consume ghee in moderation. Here is the HUMAN study: That clearly states: "This study showed that ghee that is predominantly saturated fats had an increasing effect on plasma apo B and non-HDL-cholesterol compared with olive oil, adding further evidence to the existing recommendations to replace dietary fats high in SFA with dietary fats high in unsaturated fats to reduce CVD risk." In the video, Prashant says he eats 15 spoons of ghee daily, maybe good for him. But if you are reading this, please don't make this mistake. Consume ghee in moderation, like on chapati or in rice/dal, for taste and flavour. And don't consume it like how your dada nana used to; you are sitting in an AC cabin working on a chair 12 hours a day, taking cigarette breaks often and drinking alcohol on weekends. And Don't hate me. I am just a messenger. And stop getting emotionally attached to a food item. Keep your health on priority, not your ego.

🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food, and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). He did the experiments on animals, feeding them raw egg white and raw egg yolk separately, and it made them extremely hungry, they required twice as much food, had huge imbalances emotionally, caused obesity, water retention, all kinds of problems. So, if you go to a restaurant, you can request the egg white to be included in your steak tartare, just like Aajonus did. What about salmonella? Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They transform in all sorts of shapes, they can look like green boiled eggs, jewelry, eggs that could belong to a dragon, or turn into white, black powder. They can give incredible energy and libido. How to eat: If you eat the raw egg white first, then the yolk right after, the raw egg will digest in 27 minutes, otherwise in 37 minutes. It is easier to do so from the shell by poking a hole on each side and sucking from it. This is "Aajonus-style". From a glass is "Rocky-style". Nowadays also called slonking. Make the egg go through your teeth while you drink it, this makes it easier to mix it with saliva, which allows better digestion. That only works if you eat only one raw egg at a time. If you eat several raw eggs at once, they will digest slower. Not an issue, it is still extremely healthy. Therefore eating raw eggs frequently throughout the day, one at a time, can bring a steady flow of nutrients to your body. Eggs are perfect to eat upon waking up, providing quick energy from fats and providing protein for the body to make glycogen from and feed the nervous system. They are perfect to eat in-between meals. Only take a couple seconds and get you going for hours, and whenever you get tired. Eggs help gain and lose weight. It all depends how you combine them. A raw egg eaten alone can lead to weight loss, except if you eat more than around 22 a day to maintain. Aajonus' weight loss protocol relies on eating a raw egg diet for 1-3 weeks and is very effective. Raw eggs can help remove cellulite, strip down toxic fat (which is fat that was used to store toxins). Eggs eaten with other foods, or several at once, don't have this weight loss effect. They are very good to eat with other foods, such as raw meat (steak tartare). You can easily eat 3 raw eggs with your raw steak. There are many recipes, from raw pastries, to sauces like mayo, milkshakes, ... where you can keep the egg raw and whole.

Every bodybuilder on the internet tells you to eat a gram per pound of bodyweight. The research says you can stop at 0.7. For a 170 pound man that is 170 grams a day against 119. Fifty grams. Every day. Forever. A pooled analysis of forty-nine resistance training studies found that gains improved as protein went up, and then stopped improving at around 0.7 grams per pound. Past that point the line went flat. More protein in, no more muscle out. The error bar around that plateau stretched up to a gram per pound. The number in circulation is the top of that error bar, repeated for thirty years until it became the target. So the extra fifty grams does not build anything. Your liver strips the nitrogen off it and burns the rest, which is an expensive way to produce two hundred calories. Two hundred calories you could have taken as butter, which arrives with vitamin A, D, E and K2 already dissolved in it. At 119 grams you get there from food without trying. Three eggs, a ribeye, a lump of cheese, and you are past it before dinner. At 170 you are weighing chicken breast on a kitchen scale and drinking your supper. The men who set that number were building physiques on more than food, and the protein was never the part doing the work. There is also a ceiling, because your liver can only convert so much protein an hour. Trappers living on lean rabbit worked that out centuries before anyone measured it. So eat the meat, eat plenty of it, and then add the butter. That is the only thing on the plate with no ceiling on it, and the one part nobody has ever tried to sell you.

Regarding the Eric Trump / Daniel Cormier “text scandal”, I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I do not believe for one second that Eric Trump would text something so stupid to Daniel Cormier. It’s laughably stupid on its face to think that Eric Trump would ask a UFC commentator if any of the fights are “rigged”. That he would ask it in writing. And that he would not, for example, just pick up the phone and call Dana White or Joe Rogan himself. That said, I just want to understand what happened. Daniel Cormier said he was hacked. Is that to say he was hacked at the text level, or the X post level? Did he in fact make the post, and delete it? If he made the post, did he do it as a joke to illustrate how absurd the text hack was, but realized how the post could be misinterpreted as real? Or did someone make the post from his X account he subsequently deleted it. I know there are some who are going to say he made the post in earnest, thinking the text messages were real, intending to call out the “corruption”, and he has since been threatened, deleted the post, and claimed “hack”, etc. I can tell you exactly why I do not believe, even if he made the post, he did it believing the text message was real, intending to call out the “corruption”. If Cormier seriously thought the text messages were real, he would understand that by posting it publicly, it would literally destroy the UFC, his livelihood and his legacy - in addition to the legacy of everyone who has ever competed in the UFC. There is no realm of the universe in which even if it were in fact a real text that he actually received from Eric Trump, he would post it publicly. Because it would mean the end of the UFC. I just want to know if he actually made the post from his X account, or if the entire post was the result of a hack (hence the subsequent deleting of the post). Serious and sincere questions for clarity that would benefit everyone Eric Trump

Every man lives two lives. The second begins when he realises that he can max out hypertrophy in 15 second sets. Four or five reps build muscle. The last four or five, where the bar slows on its own whether you like it or not. That is where the high-threshold motor units finally get called up. Where the cross-bridges are attached in maximum number at once. Where the fibre takes the tension it has been waiting all set for. Mechanical tension is the only language the muscle reads. It does not have a second one. Everything either side of that is filler, and somebody is paid to sell you filler. Tempo is filler. You are 30 to 50 per cent stronger lowering a weight than lifting it, so no descent on earth is slow enough to threaten you. Drag it out and all you have done is put a lighter weight on the half that counted. The pump is filler. Lactate infused straight into the blood grows nothing. Blood flow restricted on a resting muscle grows nothing. Swelling is a feeling and it gets no vote. The mind-muscle connection is filler. You cannot instruct a muscle in which fibres to use. You tell it to contract. The load decides the rest. So: a weight where the fourth rep slows by itself. Drive it. Stop one short. Rack it. Fifteen seconds. That set has already delivered everything your three sets of twelve spent forty minutes promising. Nobody has ever built a business on fifteen seconds of hard work, so they built one on everything you could bolt onto it.

Learning is something you and your baby do together. You can think of the process as happening in three distinct stages, during which skills are transferred gradually from you to your little one: During the first stage, your baby is observing the behavior and skills of others. During the second, they begin to emulate these behaviors - and can find success with the support of a helpful adult (you) or more expert peer (often a sibling). And gradually they internalize these skills and perform them all by themselves. This video is a great example of the shared second phase. Infants explore the world with their mouths. But an important lesson of toddlerhood is that some things are for putting in our mouths, while others are not. This little one knows that we don’t eat the Play-Doh. But it sure is tempting! Watch as he breaks off a piece and brings it to his mouth. As he does his eyes lift and he realizes that Mom is watching - which alone prompts some introspection. He grins broadly, shakes his head and exclaims “No, no, no” - using Mom’s past words to affirm his decision to place the Play-Doh back on the table. Left to his own devices, who knows? But together, without exchanging a word, he managed to make the right choice. As a parent it’s important to remember the key role you play in the learning process. And that extends to your child’s behavior. Self-regulation begins as co-regulation. So be there. This sweet little guy was shared to IG by parentosa.

I hate best of lists, so I thought I’d make one 😂. These are the top 10 things I ate in 2025, based on one criteria, how much I personally liked it… the list isn’t force ranked, as it was hard enough to narrow it down to 10… I might also mention, that while not on the list below, my favorite overall dinning experience would be dinner with my wife at The Eighty Six in NYC. And if you do take the time to read this whole post, which of these 10 would you like to try most? Have to start the list with the amazing Pasta ala Presse at Major Food Group’s The Grill in NYC, still my favorite pasta dish in all of NYC The White Truffle Pasta at Orsini in Zurich Roast Chicken at Maison Close in NYC, their wine list isn’t great and they don’t allow corkage, so I haven’t been back, but that chicken was spectacular Caramelized Onion Pizza with Gruyère, Nueske’s Bacon, and Morels, finished with fresh herbs and Maldon’s Salt in our Ooni, my backyard in Connecticut CONIGLIO AL FORNO - roasted rabbit saddle, confit legs and rabbit cappellacci at Santi NYC While service was a major miss, and the duck wasn’t served hot, it was room temperature, the honey lavender duck from three Michelin star Eleven Madison Park in NYC still makes the list, a true testament to how great this dish is… Hand-Dived Scallop with Cafe de Paris Butter at Noble Rot Mayfair in London which I paired with the 2020 Charles Lachaux, Bourgogne Aligote 'Les Champs d'Argent' which was a brilliant match A sphere made from puffed gluten, filled with smoke and topped with cream, a langoustine tartare, almond cream and some osetra caviar at The Alchemist in Copenhagen The A5 Wagyu Sando at NYC’s Sip & Guzzle Chef David’s A5 Wagyu topped with osetra caviar at Cote NYC. My post on this dish got a number of haters, I might mention all haters who never tried this… the saltiness of the caviar worked well with the fat of the Wagyu, and it was a perfect single morsel of ‘land & sea’

this is the worst local ai will ever be. it only gets better from here. if you are not expanding your mind with these small models you are missing what's happening right now 99 percent tool call success rate. when steered well with the right skills and a framework like hermes agent the node becomes a cognition layer. not a chatbot. not a toy. an extension of how you think. i was cranking this node at 35 to 50 tok/s all day on personal experiments and now after all the work is done qwen 3.5 9B is iterating on its own code. the game it created. fixing its own bugs autonomously. and the part you should probably not miss is that all of this is happening on a RTX 3060. not an H100. not an A100. the card most of you have sitting in a drawer right now. if you just open that drawer and put that intelligence to work every tensor core on that card should be running for you. your work. your experiments. your thinking. you all have it but because nobody told you what this hardware can actually do in 2026 you never tried. the day it unlocks is the day you test your workload, understand the tradeoffs, debug the loops, and then decide if you need to scale the hardware. there is no point buying 3 mac studios when things done well you can squeeze a similar level of intelligence from 9B compared to 70B. but only when you create the right environment for your model through the right harness. and let me tell you i have tried claude code as a local harness. i have tried opencode. i have tried various others. somehow i landed on hermes agent and never left. there is something magical going on at Nous Research. the tool call parsers, the skills system, the way it handles small models natively. nothing else comes close for local inference. own your cognition. your AI. your agent. your prompts. your experiments. why give them away for free. those are who you are and they don't belong on someone else's servers being monitored. just give it a shot with your existing hardware. you run into a problem the community will help you. and if you are migrating from openclaw to hermes i will personally help you make the switch.

This is what “rich” looks like I wake up everyday feeling like I hit the lotto. Not when I’m up on a trade or when I drive one of my cars, but in quiet moments like this. Just a few years ago, I was facing prison time. Broke. Delivering food on DoorDash to scrape together a few hundred bucks to fund my trading account. We shared a one-bedroom apartment with $500 to our name after bills. The journey from there to here wasn’t overnight. It wasn’t glamorous. It was a grind that broke me down before it built me up…but it made me the man I am today. Yes, I have the cars and watches now that people associate with success. But I can tell you with absolute certainty…they don’t compare to this. Building a life with someone who believed in you when nobody else did and winning the game of life Trading changed my financial situation, but gratitude changed my life. If you’re reading this and still in the grind, just keep pushing. I know it may seem like it will never work, but it will. You have to believe that. You have to be thankful for every little thing because without the bad there is no good. Without the bad you become weak. The most important thing is to remember what you’re working towards and make sure there is real meaning behind it. There’s nothing wrong with cars or a lavish lifestyle… But the only way you’ll have the hunger to get it and sustain it long term… Is by having a higher purpose that you constantly remind yourself of.

With the local elections closing in and Labour facing a historic drubbing, Oldham MP Jim McMahon has been put to work shoring up the bloc Muslim vote. Here he is canvassing with Councillor Fida Hussain and his biraderi entourage. Nobody should be surprised by McMahon's desperation. He understands what is at stake. If Labour loses control of Oldham Council, its leverage over the National Inquiry's investigations into the Pakistani rape gangs operating in this town is significantly weakened. The machine that has managed this cover-up for two decades runs on council control. Lose the council, and the machinery starts to seize. Which brings us to Fida Hussain. The National Inquiry has powers to compel witnesses. It should use them. Hussain ought to be summoned to testify on what he knew about Shabir 'Daddy' Ahmed and his gang, when he knew it, and what, if anything, he did with that knowledge. McMahon standing shoulder to shoulder with him on the campaign trail is not an image the MP should be comfortable with. It is, however, a revealing one. _________ I’m Raja Miah MBE. 1 Neural Network + Obsidian + Karpathy’s 1-file method = the most unhinged second brain build of 2026. It remembers everything you’ve ever done, and it costs $0 on top of what you already pay. The base is Karpathy’s append and review: 1 giant note, new thoughts stack on top, old ones sink, every few days you reread and pull the survivors back up. No folders, no tags, no plugins the rereading IS the system, because review is what turns storage into thinking. The flaw: past 10,000 lines, no human rereads anything. That’s where the neural network takes over. You keep the note in Obsidian 1 vault, everything dumps to the top: ideas, links, meeting fragments, half-thoughts. You never organize, you only dump. It all lives as plain markdown on your own disk, and that detail is the whole trick. Because now you point Claude Code at the vault folder, and it reads every line you’ve ever written. “What did I think about pricing in March.” “Find the 3 ideas I keep circling.” “What did I drop that deserves a second look.” It answers from YOUR notes, with quotes, in 15 seconds. Then once a week, 1 prompt closes the loop: read the last 7 days, surface the 5 entries worth pulling back up, flag anything that contradicts what I wrote a month ago. The model does the sinking and surfacing Karpathy did by hand, and the note stays alive instead of turning into a graveyard. Week 1 feels like nothing. Week 4 you hit the first “I already solved this in January.” Month 3 you consult your past self more than Google. Most second brains die in 11 days under 40 plugins and 200 folders. This one is 1 file and a loop, and it compounds because dumping takes 0 discipline. Notion stores what you thought. This thing argues back.
