@businesswoman25 Everything on the shelf seems to have folic acid. Pregnant women must stay away from prenatal pills that contain folic acid and take pills that contain methyfolate instead. Doctors do not test for this so ask for it.

I can't find a single study to support what he's saying. There may be reasons to limit your folic acid intake, but where is he getting this stuff about the kid issues from?
