Suggested a name change to Reservation Reform Movement. With a Manifesto 🇮🇳 This is not a call to end reservation. It is a call to discuss reforms that make the system fairer, more transparent and more effective. ✅ Introduce a creamy layer in SC/ST reservation so the benefits reach the most disadvantaged families. ✅ No reservation below a minimum qualifying benchmark. ✅ Reservation should be available only once for OBC and twice for SC/ST across UG, PG, PhD and Government Jobs. ✅ Reserved category candidates should continue under the reserved category and not occupy general category seats. ✅ Review the reservation percentage. If SC/ST/OBC reservation is reduced after due review, the released percentage should be reallocated to EWS and Persons with Disabilities (PwD). ✅ Publish a nationwide reservation review every 10 years and make the findings public. ✅ Improve government schools, colleges and public education infrastructure. ✅ Only public funding. 🚨 Wow reservation issue has now reached even schools. A class teacher made two rows of students. One for General and one for SC/ST. Both students had to talk about reservation. The SC girl talked about General getting the benefits of EWS but the General girl instantly replied why every SC/ST person gets reservation. There's no rich and poor among them which is unfair. Only the poor ones should get reservation. No one from the SC/ST row had a reply to this. Girl alone ended the whole debate 🙏

I really want OBC reservation to be abolished just so those OBCs who constantly defend the Brahminical system can finally see where they stand in it. Nothing will happen by abusing GenZ. They are what our third-class education system made them. They were blank slates; our education system turned them into woke slaves. Many say they are the product of bad parenting, but they forget that their parents are also products of the same education system. The British designed it in 1835 to destroy our reasoning abilities and turn us into obedient slaves. Muslim scholars realised this and established their parallel education system. Congress carried it forward after 1947 but allowed Muslims to continue running their parallel education system. BJP has also been carrying forward the same education system since 2014. There is deliberate tinkering of the Department of Personnel and Training reservation roster system used in public employment within the Union Government and its agencies. This manipulation has systematically deprived Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) of their rightful representation in public employment and also to head the Government organisations. Reservation was introduced as an instrument of social justice to ensure fair representation for historically marginalized communities, and the reservation roster is a crucial component in implementing this policy. However, the reservation roster, as outlined in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum dated 2.7.1997, is fundamentally flawed. The issues continued with the subsequent memorandum dated January 31, 2019. These anomalies have resulted in the wrongful excess allocation of posts to Unreserved (UR) candidates at the expense of reserved categories. For example, according to the 2019 memorandum: - In the 13-point model roster, 9 out of 13 posts (including 1 EWS) are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the rightful 6—an unjust gain of 3 additional posts. - In Departments/organizations with only 2 sanctioned posts, both positions are assigned to Unreserved candidates, completely eliminating representation for reserved candidates. - In a cadre strength of 6, five positions are allocated to Unreserved candidates instead of the appropriate 3. - In small cadres (with less than 10 posts):- 70% of posts in a cadre of 10 are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the correct 50.5%. - 83% of posts in a cadre of 6 are assigned to Unreserved candidates instead of the correct 50.5%. - 100% of posts in a cadre of 3 are assigned to Unreserved candidates, completely eliminating reservation. It's obvious to the whole country that there is a very serious problem with our examination system. This is not just the question of the NEET but major examinations. Now, the minister has blamed everybody except himself. I don't think he understands the fundamentals of what's going on here. The issue is that there are millions of students in this country who are extremely concerned about what is going on and who are convinced that the Indian examination system is a fraud. Millions of people believe that if you're rich, you can buy the Indian examination system, and this is the same feeling we as the Opposition have. This is why we are asking some very simple questions to the Hon. Minister. 👉As this is a systemic issue, what exactly are you doing to fix the issue at a systemic level? : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi
