Generational downgrade my god

generational's an exaggeration tbh, honestly im surprised how the anime still kinda holds up, the only key differences im noticing compared to the movie is: - Less CGI - MUCH less frames (ie: sliding characters and 2 frame staggering) movie's better, but its really not that bad

It is that bad. If it was just a visual downgrade that’d be one thing. But, no, it’s just worse in every single way.

It ain't that bad on anime but definitely the movie did it better. One thing it seemed odd to me is how goku gave up on the movie, despite the entire series showing us how he never gives up on a fight (yeah cell saga, but he was counting on gohan that's why he did it)

He literally ran out of energy. He only says he gives up cause Beerus demanded to hear it from him but it was mostly just a normal loss.

Surprise surprise a movie has a better budget than the show who would have guessed 😂

super made the Beerus fight in general so damn ASS with how slow the entire fight was like i had zero hype when i watched through it

Can anyone twll me why I should watch the anime versions of battle of Gods and ROF vs the movies? Besides the whole universe shaking punch. Whats the big difference? Worse quality and moments.

Anime RoF is a better story overall imo but both versions of RoF are still bad and movie RoF is at least shorter so there’s that. For BoG, the movie is 100x better than the anime in every way.
