Considered one of the tracks that helped to establish Genesis’ reputation as a pioneering live act of the early 70s, the song was initially titled “The Nice” during development as a nod to the prog-rock outfit of the same name that were early influences on the band.

You can tell the audience is still thinking 'Did he just come our wearing his wife's dress and a fox head mask for no good reason during a song about a Musical Box, which was pretty weird enough already?'. In French, of course.. 😅
