I dont hate it, but I did not at all like the spirit birds or wire bugs. I often played as though wirebugs were non existent unless I needed them to get to high places or something. Spirit birds when it was convenient, but I switched to that after wasting time maxing stats f them

Never played a MH game before, but is all the UI on screen really necessary?

Only one that I would say isn’t necessary is the moves at the bottom middle if you know the weapon well enough, the empty slot which is for commanding your palamute (dog) and targeting in this game specifically kinda requires you to have targeting (top right) to be on. Other than that, yeah pretty much

I own the game with expansion on 3 platforms and I just can't get into it for some reason I have a blast with world and wilds but rise is just missing something which really sucks because it has the Sonic drip that I love to wear

If I could say a few things I don’t like it’s gs missing that is easily my favorite part of wilds gs with the focus mode is so fun also just the sheer amount of grind you have to do is honestly kinda crazy it’s still fun though

Greatsword looks fun as fuck when other people are playing it.

All the whimsy and joy left once I reached the qurio quests in sunbreak

I love them tbh. Nargacuga, Astalos, Almudron in one quest? Fuck yeah dude. Part grinding can be annoying though.

Yeeeep it was that grind that I loathed, made crafting weapons terrible and having to rely on that to access the rest of post game was awful

Base Rise was awful at launch and the base game was just use narga weapons and whatever bs for armor till valstrax came out. Sunbreak was PEAK though and became my favorite pretty quickly.

Didn’t like base rise at all honestly I don’t think it’s a bad game it’s just not a ton of fun for me I wish it was it’s very cool but I never got into the flow of it.

I love sunbreak but I have it on switch and the performance feels terrible a lot
