Germ Theory VS Terrain Theory Do you know the difference? I once believed in germ theory; now with years of research and personal experience as well as viewing other people’s health journeys, my understanding aligns more with the Terrain Theory view. It is not a comprehensive totality that explains... EVERYTHING about our health, but it is much better than the current dominating narrative that gives us fear, v*ccines and medications that are poisoning millions every day. GT is the current default understanding that we are taught in western culture. But what is that understanding leading to? Certainly not better health outcomes. We are becoming sicker as a people and one of the reasons is that people’s perspective on health is fundamentally misinformed. The body naturally returns to a state of health. Remove the poisons and live a healthy lifestyle, and your body will do what it needs to do to heal. You do not need to fear the natural processes that exist to keep your system alive. Great video. I would add Terrain Theory also accounts for a factor that is not totally within our individual control: enemies of humanity intentionally poisoning us through our food, air, water supply, technology and pharmaceuticals. Germ Theory gives them cover!

How does terrain theory explain the idea of “one family member is sick with an illness, and after a while 2 other family members get that same illness”? It’s happened to everyone living together at some point.

Vitamin D - a supplement most people are told is healthy to take. But what if I told you that what is in these capsules is NOTHING to do with what your body naturally produces? An irradiated chemical slop mix that is sold as a sun replacement... however they are not at all equivalent to the compouds that are released in the body. I personally do not believe that these Frankenstein substances are essential for the body to be healthy. Get outside, get your skin and eyes under some early morning rays and absorb as much daylight as you can. Because there are so many more benefits to the sun than just “Vitamin D”!
