Meanwhile, in the UK

not enough road safety equipment and signs for a German construction site.

Thats not Germany

It's a nice thing it says that it's German machine and not Germany itself. This would take a very long time to do it in Germany. The very first give away is that traffic is still going. Germans would never work on this with a heavy machinery, with active traffic.

Pretty sure that wasn’t in the United States because there is no road closure, signs or traffic cones or anything to warn the drivers. Very dangerous hazardous situation for the workers.

Its not Germany

This would take several weeks and maybe 2 months if it was the UK closing down part of the road adding two way lights that are long on red than needed for three car lengths.

Don't know abut the machine but it's filmed in Sweden.

First of all it can’t be Germans doing the work without any safety barriers. Secondly, they did the work in one working day, almost impossible.

Not even traffic could stop the fine craftsmanship

If this was UK it would be traffic lights and lane closed for a week That's the difference

American efficiency: Don't replace it at all.

@Catherine9_8 Left out the part of mortar being needed to hold new manhole cover in place

That is totally dumb! They don't have to break the road to replace it! Are you people demented?

That takes a least 3 days in the UK....plus a extra day either side to remove the roadwork signs.

German quality sucks, it has become Chinese quality. Germany is not what it used to be, they got lazy

To replace the frame and cover?? Light work . USA USA USA!

Eso es en un país que no vive apurado ni necesita que alguien te avise que tenes que tener cuidado cuando manejas.

Where in Germany, first you need autorisation, then signs and it take very long...Where i live here they are working on one bridge for 7 years now...not build new one but renew the old one.

That can never be Germany, in Germany it will require a minimum one week road closure for same amount of work.

Thats not Germany. In Germany they would block the road for a whole week. 6 days of doing nothing and one day working.

sure it does, and the workers place no warning devices or signage to let drivers know they are tearing up the street.

In Illinois, you would probably have 7-8 union IDOT guys standing and watching

On the other hand, warning signs, cones, and other safety measures are a total failure...

What will they do with the millions of immigrants they let into their country

That went over my head. They took one off and put a new one on. What was accomplished or achieved?

Or you do it the pacific northwest way, the road is utter shit for 15 years, it gets scraped down, repaved, and is perfect. Then utilities decide to rip up the new road, and screw it up, because they couldn't set their new access covers on time...

Meanwhile in US that Job takes minimum 6months

I worked with a small family oriented excavation company in Nevada 10 years ago, we were one of 2 company's in the entire state with the rotating claws / tools. We had some really awesome jobs and exposure because of it! Good times.

No safety hazard

【非常識】工事標識も警備員も置かずに始めるな

They wouldn't not have the area barricaded.

No roadblocks were set up.

What was wrong with the old one.

Unfortunately it's not Germany..
