One of my Favorite ways to hit the upper shelf is with a machine overhead press. Scoot your butt forward to create an artificial high incline. Then press up with your elbows stacked. If you can’t hit upper chest with these, nothing will.

Incline angle for Upper Chest: I think ~30° is a safe middle ground Incline angle to recommend to people but I personally Press using a ~15° angle (When doing an exercise that allows me to alter the angle) This happened to be John Meadows favorite angle as well
