Umm that kinda seems like a murder and I’m super supportive of self defense is I’ve used it, but shooting then chasing someone who just made a threat is murder.

It's amazing how many people have no understanding of the law & will get on here & chirp it up. It varies by state but in many its legal to shoot a fleeing felon, in others it's legal to shoot a fleeing felon if they present a danger to the public, like fleeing with a gun 🙄
