Kids are one of the best excercise tools, I had to drop 90 lbs when my son figured out i couldnt chase him up a tree.. Will just say, he isnt safe up there anymore either.. LOL!

Rather than buying one of those weighted vests I elected to go the natural route and just gain 20 pounds.

I can’t believe that I’m about to say this but good for you for not killing your kids.

One of my favorite ways to start the weekend 💪🏻 Sunrise, fresh mountain air, a hike with a weighted vest, and a few minutes of intentional breathwork with Sage before the rest of the day. Stack a few simple habits together and you'll be surprised how much better you feel. Move your body. Get outside. Breathe with intention. People are always asking which weighted vest I use, so that's the one I recommend if you're looking to add a little more challenge to your daily walks.

90 lbs weighted pull ups for 8 Haven’t done weighted chins in well over a year. Nice to know I still got it. 50% bw for 5+ reps is fantastic

Sometimes I don’t need to work very hard. This woman did my job for me….brilliantly. Let’s just say she won’t be in Keir Starmers Christmas card list. She must have scripted this or at least bullet pointed it but it’s an absolutely biblical roasting of him and everything he has done, a must listen. Well done that lady 👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣

I really like what we’ve done in this window, and if we can add Eze, I don’t think I could’ve asked for more. But.. *IF* your main rival adds a marquee signing like Isak, do you need to re-evaluate?
