Getting my heart rate up on a beautiful morning

I put a few pounds in my pocket & call it a ruck. I live on the side of a cliff so I opt to get in the steep ascents. The dog needs to move to, so she is the encouragement to get out of the house. And the desert air is awesome.

You need to spend at least 15 minutes a day in nature. Unless you’re really busy… then it should be at least an hour
