Idk I find this odd, when they look happy and healthy no bones protruding, we can comment on how great & fabulous they look and say things like "body is tea, body goals" etc but when they start looking different be it through weight loss, surgery, modifications we aren't allowed to say anything because it could be hurtful? If shes sick shes sick and thats not a good image to be putting out as if its not noticeable and people will comment about it. Its the price of being a celeb, they are consistently talked about. If it bothers her so much maybe address it and fix it because clearly its scaring people & they don't want to pretend. Thats not helpful either.
