You heard nothing about this through industry channels? The 43X is a big surprise, but it's also one of their best carry guns too.

The handgun roster currently lists the Glock 20SF, 21SF, 29SF and 30SF, which are all gen 3 specific models, readily "machine gun convertible" and no longer available for sale in California, according to CA AB1127, except through private party transfers between individuals.

And?

If they are no longer legal to sell in California, why did Glock pay to put them on the handgun roster until 01/01/27 and why did the DOJ permit it? I was under the impression that all CA gun dealers were cleaned out of their inventory of gen 3 Glocks by last December.

@RenoMayGuns We released our last Glocks at my store on June 30th. They were renewed so stores like us with inventory could get a chance to get rid of them.

@RenoMayGuns Were you able to maintain a regular inventory of gen 3 models up until June 30? The local gun store I go to said they were out in December and weren't expecting any more in. I also looked on gunbroker but the prices had gone crazy high by then.

How often do they update the roster?

Inconsistent and usually in batches. You can check the roster page for recent additions and see that it’s usually many guns all at once.

It LOOKS like the roster was updated today. There are now 17 Glocks showing at: However, you can't have Gen1, Gen2, Gen4 or Gen5, and Glock ONLY sells Gen3 to "Agencies".

Yes, and as of today, 17 of them are on the roster. As long as you don't get a Gen 1, Gen2, Gen4, Gen 5 (and Glock isn't selling Gen3s retail. It appears that there is now a 43x-CA I don't see any reference outside the DOJ Page
