Having been gluten intolerant now for 10+ years, I found I can eat European bread and pasta with no problem at all. So the issue has to be glyphosate. In all honesty, I don't know why anyone would want to eat that crap.

Glyphosate was used as a herbicide to combat weeds not to “dry out the wheat”. Right direction, wrong details. Tobacco is another crop we ruined, tobacco was never toxic until we added hundreds of chemicals to it, from pesticides and herbicides during growth, and more chemicals added after harvest to make it more addictive.
