Just like the fragments of the clay pigeon; the force of the explosion and shrapnel will still head towards you. Worst case scenario, you're dead ... Best case scenario, you're effed up ...

You're just going to have to engage from a slightly further distance. You can't win them all.

I was going to say something about protection against debris, but then again you're not gonna be walking around with something like a face shield "just in case" and need to be accustomed to having shit flying at you. You can only fight as hard as you train or whatever

Cool, but drones rarely follow an expected trajectory. I have a feeling this isn't as effective of a training he thinks it is. Looks fun, though!

Better training: run a 100 meters dash while an FPV follows, surrounds and does passes at you at random intervals. Unfortunately, the training on this video is mostly LARPing for a war from 30 years ago. And that first broken disk would already throw shrapnel at him anyways.

I’d do full kit and helmet. Looks fun as heck.
