Launched at the end of March as a fun side project. A few months later: • 60,000+ people have tried Ascii Magic • 300,000+ views in a single day • Consistently ~1,000 impressions/day from Google • Completely blew through my Vercel and database limits within the first few weeks. The funny part? I didn't do any SEO. I didn't make fancy launch videos. I didn't run ads. I didn't even promote it to my 100k Instagram audience. Almost all of the growth came from posting simple screen recordings on Twitter. To me it's truly a sign of a product that people find genuinely useful. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who has used, shared, and supported the project so far. But this is just the beginning. Over the next few months, I'm going all-in on two things: 1. SEO 2. Product quality and scale Ascii Magic has already evolved beyond being "just an ASCII generator." It's becoming a playground for image effects, shaders, creative experiments, and visual transformations. The vision is much bigger than where it started. My goal is simple: Make it the easiest place on the internet to create unique visual effects. As for monetization, it was never the goal. Even now I'm bootstrapping and bearing project cost. That will continue. If a paid tier arrives in the future, it'll be because the product has reached a scale where infrastructure costs need support and it'll come with a very generous free tier. Scientists just figured out how to reverse aging using AI. And this is a massive breakthrough. We can now reprogram any human cell back to age 20. Heart cells, brain cells, skin cells, all reset to their biological prime. And here’s the wildest part…the technology to do this, has already existed since 2012 (it won the Nobel Prize). But the real breakthrough wasn’t possible until this year, when they supercharged it with AI. It’s a wild story. So in 2006, scientists discovered Yamanaka factors. They’re proteins that can basically convert any normal cell into a universal stem cell. Now this was a huge deal, because these stem cells are basically like magic healers. If you have torn muscle tissue, you could inject these stem cells into the area and they will turn into the youthful muscle cells you need. So Yamanaka factors were this insane breakthrough, because they allowed any human to turn any cell you already have into these magic healers. But, there was one big problem… It turns out, the original Yamanaka factors weren’t very good at this stem cell conversion. They could do it, but they just weren’t very reliable. Enter OpenAI...and this is where things get crazy. OpenAI designed a special AI model built specifically to create new proteins. Think of it like ChatGPT but for protein engineering. So they took all the Yamanaka research and asked this new AI to go ham on improving it. And get this… Their version was 50x more effective than the original. They tested it on 50 year old cells and it successfully started repairing 30% of their cells in just 7 days. This is just science fiction…it actually happened. And it sounds crazy, but in a few years, humans will be able to take a shot that will literally reverse the age of their cells.

Prioritize regularity over sporadic bouts of inspiration. Done > perfect 4. Distill Your Unique Expertise and Find Your Niche Highlight your specific expertise - create and dominate a niche you can call your own. Drill down into the core interests you and your audience share. Own their attention and develop a meaningful connection over the long term. 5. Cultivate Authentic Relationships and Foster Community At the heart of your brand is its community - a group united by your vision. Providing value > transactions Real relationships > revenue Narrate your founding story candidly - authenticity attracts your community. 6. Build a Community The goal is to build a community of raving fans around your curiosity. • Embrace your weirdness • Test hypotheses through writing • Build your tribe of non-conformists Attract people who share your vision. 7. Every Brand is a Media Company Building a 7-figure personal media company is a mix of strategy, consistency, and genuineness. Find your mission. Stand for something significant. Future of all interfaces on a two wheeler - voice! We have been excited about it for a long time. Ather pretty much invented the concept of touch screens on 2Ws (being the first to do that on a production bike) and we continue to invest heavily into capabilities and feature sets on it. But even as we push the envelope on that front (almost half of our vehicles today ship with a touch TFT and 100% ship with on-board compute and connectivity) we believe the future could very well be one that does not need you to glance at the display at all. Using LLMs and natural language processing and bundling that inside our smart helmets (Halo) we believe that being able to ‘just tell’ your scooter what you want can be super intuitive. In fact far more intuitive than stationary applications like mobile phones, laptops etc. On a scooter you can’t operate touch while riding and we would rather have you glance as little as possible when in heavy traffic or at high speeds. Being able to just tell your Ather what you want, especially inside the cocoon of your helmet (or on any bluetooth headset really) is a significant tech and experience upgrade for riders: Navigation: “Take me to Nandi Hills,” “Navigate home,” “Let’s go to Cubbon Park,” “How far is the nearest charger?” “ETA to jaljog choraha?” "Time to stadium circle?" Vehicle Settings: “Decrease brightness,” or “Maximum brightness,” “Change Traction control to Rain,” “Magic twist, High,” “Share my live location.” Calls: “Call Rohit” - This is fully integrated with your existing contact list.
