Goal or No goal ?

In a real soccer game with FIFA rules, this is not a goal. The player stopped completely before kicking the ball, which is not allowed after the run-up. The ref would give a yellow card and make them retake the penalty. If the ball went in, it gets retaken. But here, it's just kids playing for fun in a camp, so I say it's a goal! They look happy, and that's what matters. Great video!

Lol so many people don't know football rules here. The penalty will be retaken. A player is given liberty to walk, run, stop before getting to the ball. Once you get to the ball you can't stop anymore. You must play.
