It has no choice.” Love that quote from Shad Helmstetter in his great book ‘What To Say When You Talk To Your Self’. The inner dialogue that’s going on all the time in our head is THE most important thing we have going on. How we talk to ourselves is a huge part of creating a powerful self-image, which is important because we will never out perform a poor self-image. When we take control of our self-talk and feed our mind powerful thoughts, we direct our focus on to what we WANT to happen. When we let our self-talk happen by chance, many times our focus gets directed to what we DON’T WANT to happen. We can all take notes from AD_99 as he clearly had this mastered. Congrats on an amazing career man 👊
