God bless this man for spelling things out for these students. Don’t get things twisted kids of all backgrounds&races aren’t showing the same respect to authority figures as we did. I don’t know who is at fault but I am grateful this man is taking the time to open...

I think he's fighting a losing battle but... He's fighting it will 100% faith that he can make a difference for the better for folks other than himself. Have to respect him for that.

I'm guessing that this teacher works in Arkansas (because of UofA references). I believe that this shows how good teachers can be in a system that encourages morality and ethics. KUDOS to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders for setting the tone for her state... and KUDOS to this great teacher whose love for his students is evidenced in his willingness to set an example.

These lessons are lifelong and should be taught as soon as the child can understand the language!

I like what this guy has to say! Hope these kids absorb some of these great lessons. 🙏 You know who else would benefit from this lesson? All the people talking mess on other people's timelines right now cussing and calling names, calling people the N-word. It's wild. Grow up.

Michelle, you post the most inspiring, eye opening videos that, really, everyone should watch. We have to begin a crusade for decency and respect again -each and every one of us. That's how we get along, that's how we succeed, that's what keeps us humble and strong at the same time, that's how we make the world a better place for the next generation and generations to come. Respect is the cornerstone of peace, grace, dignity, self worth and a chance for a good life. I hope you are in good health now and enjoying the summer. Stay well and safe. 💕

Thank you Cameron 😘 I love inspiring videos and I definitely love sharing them. We are living in a dark period of time and we all need to hold onto hope that that there will be light in the near future 🙏

Look at your audience to see if they want to hear what you are saying…or have to be there. I agree with you, God bless this man. But, looking at the faces of his students and I see disinterest and disrespect.

Clone this man and put him in every classroom in America. Not all kids are at fault, but there are kids in every class that need to hear it!

What a shame this has to be taught because manners aren’t taught at home

He is amazing!! 🥰🙏 But I am so upset at how many had their head in their hands bored. No hope for them. A life in poverty or prison.😪😪

This is what is needed. Parents aren’t stressing respect for others at home, so strangers have to do it for them, sadly. Can we be surprised when children with trophies for effort are told how “special” they are. You’re special like everyone else. Sit your ass down. You’ll get a trophy when you earn one through sacrifice, teamwork, and actually winning!! This is what I told my children growing up. They aren't spoiled and have manners.

This is what has to be done because most are fatherless and the mothers have no idea how to raise kids.

He is wasting his breath with this group - it is obvious that 95% of the kids in that room have "checked out" - they refuse to believe they could be in the wrong.

@yike_m I love his message! Unfortunately it doesn’t look like anyone is even soaking in what he’s saying. Talk about disrespectful.

I was in education from 1997-2019. I saw the change. It was a combination of things. A few examples: if a student has an IEP they CANNOT fail. Yep. Even if they refuse to turn in homework, fail tests, etc. you are not permitted to fail them. Fear of litigation is another example.

The students in this classroom look like they are bored to death & have no interest in what he’s saying. I would hope it’s sinking in but I doubt it .

So good. However, all the students look like they smoked a blunt at recess. He is giving up all that energy to be met by zero interest. Very depressing. But kudos for trying. Maybe if one hears it that will be enough.

I bet this guy is a great father. This guy is really good at squaring up the idea about respecting people. The angle of using the Grandmother as the center point of respect is very smart.

They have classes in Asian countries where they teach you how to be polite and respect your elders. Probably worth spending some money on this man’s class and not spending money teaching kids to hate their country.

This teacher is gold. God please bless him abundantly. This should be taught and DEMONSTRATED by their parents from a very early age. Discipline = LOVE. I pray it's not too late for these students.

I am 54 years old. I was taught this in my growing up. I was taught this in my schools. I was taught this in church. No one is perfect at each circumstance deserves consideration. This is how you function in society.
