I was expecting a parcel to be delivered today but it never turned up. Why does any business still use DHL. They hardly ever turn up to collect and miss deliveries constantly. Their service is shocking and the website and WhatsApp help is useless.

DHL is incompetent. A4 documents dropped at agents in Sheffield on Saturday for delivery to Ireland on Tuesday. They didn’t bother picking it up. When we chased them on Wednesday, they collected it from Sheffield - and today I learn they’ve sent it to Scotland! Useless!

@dhlexpressuk - Not sure how you guys work but I am missing a very important delivery which I was waiting since morning and now got a message on tracking that 'Driver call and delivery refused' - this is completely wrong.. I have been waiting for this whole day. Pls deliver asap
