This is great exercise for the elderly...on a trampoline so it's easy on the joints. Don't have to move to a fast beat, but movement of all limbs is great. She's always been in good shape and clearly has been keeping up for yrs. Good for her...and her heart.

This shows how important it is to stay active, no matter what your age. I read a story yesterday about a woman who joined the follies at 14 and danced well into her 100's. Just take care of yourself and you can do many things well into old age. Good job, Goldie!
