The body of a gladiator

Thanks a lot man. Stay blessed my friend

You’re welcome man ,and you as well

🙏🏾

Can you do chest pump

I’ll do a cheat day video soon

It is kind of ridiculous how handsome you are! Not fair on the rest!

Wow, I’ll be honest. That’s real flattering. Many days I wake up feeling rough but try my best bro. Thank you. I appreciate that 🙏🏾

What’s worse is you are such a nice person!!!

Haha, man you’re too kind. Being polite doesn’t cost you anything. Besides looks fade over time but hopefully people remember me for how I made them feel.

Yes - because you strike me as being a very decent person too. And that makes most people more handsome!

Hottie

🙏🏾

🥵🥵 perfection

God bless you man

God bless you 🙌🏾

Super Roger

Thanks man

The man with the perfect body.

God bless you. Well, constantly working to keep it in a prime state as much as I can.

I may get in the gym now, but I will need a trainer who knows how to work with old people.

Super important. The biggest step is taking the first step.

You are so right.

when i see you at the gym next time can i politely ask you for a good rub ?😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I thought the sentence was gonna end with a photo or training tips. Not what I expected bro 😂😅

Fuuuuuck! 😍

Let’s gooooo

Man oh Man U look incredible. How long have u been training for?

Thanks alot brother. It’s been over 30 years now 🙏🏾

Wow oh wow that’s a long time for sure!!!

You know, I was always into fitness as a child so just kept it up naturally. Don’t get me wrong I have days when I dread going gym but I typically do it regardless of feelings. It’s just a habit bro. Turn fitness into your daily process like brushing your teeth and you won’t even think about it as commitment. I hope that gives you a little drive brother 👊🏾

😍🥰🥰😍

Appreciate you ma’am

👀😍🥰😘💯👍🫂❤️🙏

Thank you 🙏🏾

I see you are in your typical BEAST mode as usual, my brotha. 👍🏿

Appreciated brother. Today was a great session man. I had a little rest period so it was great to get fired up again 👊🏾

That’s wassup 👍🏿

Always on top of your game Roger and an inspiration to us all!

I appreciate that James. I tend to show highlights but I do have my tough days bro. We have to always show our body love if we want it to remain strong 🙌🏾

I have been in good health all my life ( 45 years without calling in sick to work, except for having to isolate for Covid) but now my body is falling apart. I wish I had had at least a little success in the gym!

Have you tried getting yourself a coach to work with? Perhaps you have one in the gym

Thanks for your suggestion Roger. The fact is I left the gym almost 20 years ago. I worked out diligently with a co-worker who gained 30 lbs of muscle while I gained none. The discouragement and regret are taking a heavy toll. No do-overs- I missed my chance.

Sorry to say this James but either you wasn’t consistent enough, your diet was off or you wasn’t training hard enough or a combination of all 3. I’ve coached people with diabetes (type 1 and 2), an amputee, high blood pressure, obese, underweight, teenagers, people in there 60s- 80s. I’ve never not seen progress. I’ve trained the same length of time as you, have been in hospital with cancer and deep vein thrombosis. Was wheel chair bound, became anaemic with several medications and underwent chemotherapy and surgery. They wanted to refer me to the renal surgeon because of my kidneys. I had to wear a holter so they could monitor my heart for 24 hours because the ECG showed irregular heart beat. Despite all of this I worked hard on getting well. Learning to walk again, training at home with body weight and slowly made my way back to the gym. Within a year I looked better than I did before because I was determined. I don’t believe there is any reason you shouldn’t be able to make progress unless you have some kind of debilitating muscle atrophy disease which has stopped you from 30 years ago sir.

I almost never missed a workout for 15 years. I wasn't just going through the motions. I ended every workout soaked with sweat. My co-worker said I worked out like a machine. I ate a high protein/complex carb diet supplemented with whey protein. I don't know what more I could do.

Honestly, you don't even need to pose or flex, to look impressive 💪👑🔥
