It doesn't conform to their "expressiveness" expectations. If you don't make it fully responsive to the player's facial expressions (even if its for artistic reasons) they are getting aggressive about it now.

I really wish Roblox would allow for stylistic dynamic heads, even if they cost more to buy and sell. For a platform the strives for creativity and highlights it, they really want very standardized things (which is not always bad, bundles being a good example).
