Your house is sucking water from the ground, the foundation might be faulty

You’re living in a swampy area, and the foundation of your building wasn’t damp proofed. Get an engineer to inspect it and install a damp proof barrier around the building to stop moisture from rising. It’s a foundation problem But it can be rectified they’d have to do DPC .

There’s a chemical that can be used for it, they use it to screed the wall before plastering and painting it
