Thanks for the advice and honestly. I took testosterone previously and it helped with brain fog, concentration and overall endurance.

Yes I work in Hr and I had brain fog and trouble concentrating and also low energy. I’m 44 yo so I noticed it helps me tremendously.

I’d just like to add it’s also great to get your T levels checked first from a functional doctor or physician so you know what levels you’re at. You may of not needed that much or you may of been able to make some health adjustments to do it naturally. Do you feel your energy has stabilised?

Funny you mention that because I have reached out with a physician regarding this as well. Since I’m in my 40s, I want to ensure my health is at its best. My energy levels were pretty high when I was taking it. I stopped only because of income but I plan on starting back up soon.

So, low testosterone is linked to not only low energy, low libido, fatigue, physical pain, brain fog, impotence, hot flashes, general weakness but it can increase chances of cardiovascular disease. The main focus it to make sure you get your T levels checked bro. Never take a guess just to get energy. Knowing how much to have is really important or you could raise risks in other areas which could be avoided. I’m sure your physician know his/her stuff but educating yourself on it is also good. Get a full blood work done so you can see all your markers. If your vitamin B Levels is low, vitamin D, Thyroid levels you can also feel tired bro.

Great advice and yes I definitely will get my lab work done ✅ so I’ll know where I stand from a physical standpoint.

Question did they have to remove your testicles? A friend of mine is going through the same situation and is terrified of that. He thinks that he won’t be able to make sperm or anything of that sport I told him I don’t know much about it.

Yes. So it was discovered in November 2024. I had to sit with the doctor to discuss the process. They told me that after chemo there was a chance I could lose my fertility. They asked me whether I wanted to freeze my sperm. After chemotherapy the doctors suggest highly to do surgery on the affected area I.E remove a testicle. A male would typically have one affected so one is removed. However if 2 are affected then yes both will be removed. Any surgery is optional he doesn’t have to do it but it runs the risk of it being affected again in the future. If he has kids already and doesn’t want any more then he may opt out if freezing the sperm. If he wants more it would be a good idea to do that. Hope this helps
