This is from POSE. The son gets a scholarship in NYC, dances with a professional dance ensemble, is a dancer on Solid Gold, gets more money than his father will ever see and later moves to Paris. I wonder if when the parents had money and health problems in their old age if they missed their disgusting rich and connected gay son who could have helped but was now dead to them.

I would say he shouldn't be kicked out of the house. If you do that, he'll pull away from you even faster and more determinedly. Instead, keep him in the house, keep your influence strong. Guide him in better paths while still catering to some of his interests. No gay stuff at home (relationships, flags, magazines etc) Talk to him. Find out the root cause if it's environmental
