Both. She’s had the confidence and attitude to hit it and it’s right in the corner. Keeper probably could save it, but that’s why you shoot aggressively and often IMO.

how is this post constructive? what is it teaching? Calling out a keeper and soliciting critical feedback is just mean.

Zlatan would say it’s a great shot! The attacker took on a defender and got enough space to shoot it to the near post.

I think you only get better by being realistic the shot lacks power and bounces before the keeper. It’s a GK error but I would see a point to not being coached right. If this was my keeper and I was the coach this would be my fault!

She was a little slow to react but that's just a hell of a shot.

Based on scorer's and teammates' reactions I'll say poor goalkeeping.

Took the shot and hit the corner. Good shot. There’s no world where that’s not a simple parry wide. Very poor attempt at save.

Great shot. Near post and Short hop made it even tougher to save. May have been screened ,somewhat, but unable to tell from this angle.

Both. Bottom corner saves are tough for lots of GKs. Also as a GK coach I DO NOT like them trying to fall on the ball rather than lower then shoot for the ball. Easier to stop it in 2 dimensions rather than 3.

Always pays to put balls on frame. It was a decent shot, but one that should be stopped, so ultimately bad goal keeping

At first glance I thought this was the Duke goal at UCLA … almost identical GKing.

How is this helpful to anyone? This account has gone to hell in a hand basket. What for a time was a useful view on recruiting has become a microcosm of the larger problem of clickbaiting with irrelevant bible quotes every 7 days. Officially unfollowing.
