Rewatching this again… was that a good or bad pass from Caicedo, or just a poor run from Gittens?

The idea was really good. After rewatching I had to ask this question

@tier_1st Gittens’s run was poor. He should be running in immediately he released the ball . His hesitation in a split sec ruined that move.

@tier_1st After given de ball to Caicedo he should have mad de run in behind de defender and would have caught de defender off guard cuz it was from de defenders blind side buh he chose to go infront of defender

@tier_1st Miscommunication. Caicedo's pass was meant to a winger who plays wide like Neto or Estevao. Gittens, he's an inverted-moved winger, he's a winger who prefer to runs to the middle.

@tier_1st Gittens keeps taking the front of the defender instead of behind. Look at Neto's goal againt West Ham. That's how a winger should move around defenders

@tier_1st A great pass gets us the goal bt the poor run makes me wonder if the pass was right would he have gotten the ball and scored also if the run was good,he might not score bt getting there early and trying to create another chance would be important. so for me the run
