This was the full one-shot prompt to turn a Windows 95 themed app into Liquid Glass(ish) using @caffeineai on #ICP. Don't overthink, just be expressive and somewhat detailed. So, I'm starting to get bored with the Windows 95 styling. Apple just released their new design guidelines and they call it Liquid Glass. Doesn't that sound exciting? Liquid Glass. I want my app to look like Liquid Glass as well. Can you fix that? Can you update the CSS, I mean the Tailwind classes, etc. Instead of being a Windows 95 style, I would like you to do your own interpretation of the Apple Liquid Glass theme. They describe it as a dynamic material. It combines the optical properties of glass with a sense of fluidity. So, in plain speak, I would say that it means that all graphical elements are very rounded. Buttons and panels, etc. are partly translucent and dimmed. Also, imagine looking through a sheet of glass that is not entirely clear. Also, the light breaks and causes a cool effect when you scroll over things. That might be a little bit difficult for you to implement, but you can always give it a shot. The essence here would be to use a lightish, greyish, bluish color. Imagine looking at the sky on a sunny day through a window or a sheet of glass that is not entirely translucent. How would that background look, for instance? Imagine building a UI on top of that with sweet, rounded buttons and graphical elements. Toned down, light pastel colors and beautiful edges. It should be crisp, clear, clean and fantastic. You can do it. Go ahead. Don't change any app functionality, only the styling.

My 1st Run As promised, here is the recording of my first prompt attempt at the caffeine demo (yes with just what I can think of at the time and its not even a perfect prompt in my opinion).. I was waiting for a while so skip to 30 seconds to where the app is ready.. to my surprise, it was a full blown Dapp! Tbh, I was expecting intermediate steps with codes and stuff, I just took an Oxford Agentic AI class so I had an idea. I was also careful to check if the components were there, its definitely above and beyond my expectations. Do let me know what you think! P.S. While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. You can just ask Perplexity Comet to generate a video for you using Veo 3 inside Gemini 🙂 You can either give a detailed prompt with steps or just keep it simple like this, both work: Comet Prompt: You have access to the Gemini interface, use it to generate a video and wait for rendering to complete.
