Gmail and Keep for me 😄 Both had a lot of character already, and motion made them feel even more alive.

lets animate Slack's icons. They animated the huddles one and I think it'd be really nice to see the rest animated too

I think we can start with having maybe the DMs icons have a little bounce on the chat bubbles and a little bell ringing movement for the "activity" icon. that will be fun!

I wasn't a fan of the icon update until I saw them in motion! It's like they're practically built for it.

How about Claude Code? It would be amazing to watch Claude app icon to be animated with state machines based on user typing scenarios

Animating an entire system library at this scale requires serious craft discipline. This isn't just adding bounce—it's translating Google's new gradient-driven visual language into a dynamic UX layer that feels responsive and human. The micro-shifts in color and geometry must add incredible polish to the user journey.
