Okay so this got way out of hand as per usual 😊 So I accidentally built an entire DOS text-based user interface (TUI) running on the web called PieterOS: 💾 It has a collective file system so anyone that opens it can save and edit and the drive is constantly synced, it has Notepad, Paint, a DOS Terminal emulator, File Commander (ala Norton) And PieterGPT where you can talk to AI I also made Program Generator 9000, and the idea is you write a prompt and it on-the-fly generates a new program inside PieterOS, but it doesn't work well yet Oh and it has Hacker News, of course 😂 I always wanted to build a TUI like this but never could before AI, but now I can 😍 Please be kind and remember everyone can see each other's files!

We built LobsterX 🦞, an OpenClaw🦞 specialized for document work on your computer. I've been showing the output of my flight reconstruction tool for a while and I wanted to share something like it which wasn't a mess of hand tuned stuff that required X-Plane. So I created a completely new version in javascript that runs in an HTML page so that anyone can use it. The output is a KML file which is a tour that works in Google Earth pro with all the attitude information included. This is a long way from perfect, I messed around with multiple smoothing algorithms and none of them compares well with the python code, but they're readable and understandable for anyone.

It was the actual reason OpenAI was formed. And I called them out on it and this act impacted my ability to “work in the industry”. Would not change it for the world because: 2026 Google open source Gemma 4 ( running fully locally on a computer with near cloud model abilities, is amazing and Google just made a moat. They out smarted OpenAI and the folks that are the new Ivory Tower arrogance: Anthropic. We at The Zero-Human Company with CEO Mr. Grok are deploying Gemma, Kimi, MiniMax and other open source models and so are millions of others. You can to and should. I will write how soon. Google smartly is building an intentional open source ecosystem and the clueless younger companies like OpenAI and Anthropic are doing anything to close their ecosystems. So I was right about Google than and I am right about OpenAI and Anthropic now. What I was wrong about is not giving credit to Google to drop the intellectual arrogance and embrace builders and understand the long game: it is not about the commoditized AI models it is about the ability to build a place to build. This is literally the easiest way to build an AI agent. Zero code. You only need to run a couple of commands. (I've said this before, but Google ADK is my favorite way to build code-first agents.) Here is what you need to do: 1. Open your terminal and create an empty folder 2. Run `uv init` inside the folder (if you don't have uv installed, you are really missing out!) 3. Install the google-adk library using the following command: `uv add google-adk`. 4. At this point, you can use the ask to create your agent with a single command: `uv run adk create --type=config my_agent`. This will ask you a couple of questions, including your GEMINI_API_KEY (you can create one online). 5. The command above will create a my_agent/root_agent.yaml file. Open it and add the following two lines at the end of the file so your agent can use Google to search for stuff: tools: - name: google_search 6. You have everything you need now. Run the adk web interface and start playing with your agent: `uv run adk web` That's it! Literally zero code. The agent works off the YAML configuration file.

Built this last night....... Claude Code Matrix Monitor hooks into Claude Code's native event system to visualize every tool call in real-time. All of Claude's file reads, searches, edits, and bash commands stream via WebSocket to a cyberpunk dashboard that renders radar sweeps, pulse rings, code rain with actual code edits / diffs, and glitch effects. Another little thing that nothing but Fable could have helped me make today: You can now drag and drop files from your own computer into Windows 3.11 on The file is saved inside C:\DOCS and if you want to share it with other people you can put it in C:\SHARED It all works with a web filesystem called WebFS and it's very very cool, kind of becoming like a shared library/school computer

NEW TOOL: It's a fully in-browser binary/file analysis tool with a hex editor. Features: - Hex editor and you can save the edited file - Mach-O symbols - ELF and PE basic metadata - Zip file contents - Fully client-side in-browser, so it is private and the files are never sent anywhere This is meant as a basic and quick tool to check simple metadata and do hex edits. If you need something more robust for malware analysis consider other tools like Malcore™ aka Malcore.io™ or just use a cli/native tool. Shoutout to Battle Programmer Yuu for inspiring me to use Unifont that I stole from tmp.0ut (it looks so good!) The code is all generated by Claude in Cursor and hosted on Github Pages. I don't really do any binary analysis, so if you have suggestions for improvements, let me know. (this is technically 'early access' and i haven't tested it too much)
