Perplexity Comet Assistant got a major upgrade yesterday. It’s now much more reliable and performs 23% better in internal tests, so I decided to put it to the test. The task was to handle my LinkedIn account, follow the CEO of Perplexity, find a specific post, and comment under it, and it nailed it in one shot. It’s navigating more like a human now, and its reasoning at each step is quite good in how it decides the next move. Comet has become really powerful.

It's the only way to stay competitive, full stop. But we have 220 people. It adds up fast. You want Claude? Fine. Then it’s Perplexity. Then ChatGPT. Giving everyone a seat on every model isn't realistic. So we started using Playgram. It has every model in one place. You can even switch mid-conversation without losing context. And you pay for usage. Not seats, not per model. I even pulled the analytics the other day. One of my guys sent 200 AI messages in a single week. That's exactly what I want to see! You can just ask Perplexity Comet to generate a video for you using Veo 3 inside Gemini 🙂 You can either give a detailed prompt with steps or just keep it simple like this, both work: Comet Prompt: You have access to the Gemini interface, use it to generate a video and wait for rendering to complete. Prompt: It figures out the rest. Where to paste the prompt, whether to click the video option, everything. Pretty smart.

"For Educational Purpose Only" Comet browser is dope even as an android app, as you're witnessing in the video it is capable of full scale automation of tasks like taking online exams. I took a JEE mock test and used the assistant feature to automatically pick the correct answer and complete the test, it took some persuasive prompting to convince it though 😊. It chose the answers from multiple choices and even typed answers for several questions that were not an MCQ (last few questions), it did a pretty decent job, attempted 24 questions from 1st section, 18 correct and 6 incorrect. One question seems to have been skipped by it somehow. All in just under "12 Minutes". If you look towards the end of the video, it struggles in certain areas like it fails to click the final "submit" button a couple of times and does it the third time correctly. These are my initial impressions of the comet browser Android app, can't wait to see what it'll be capable of in the upcoming days. what do you guys think about it?, comment down your thoughts, other use cases, it's future etc... Perplexity got no chill and I love it haven’t seen such a bold ad in a while I love the severance setup This ad clearly urges users to stop using Google😂 (not sure if anybody actually are) It was not about “ask anything” it obviously shows that Googling something is outdated, time consuming and inefficient. I like the marketing fact it’s an “Answer Engine” and not a general “Search engine” — if the voice mode can respond back in the same Korean language it would’ve been a ground breaking Ad Perplexity has no chill, and I love it for that. (❤️Perplexity )

🪽: I think I would say I always remain like— I always believe that, “No I’m not big yet there’s still so much space to grow”. I just try to better myself every day, work hard every day, and be happy with the results. Right now I’m really enjoying with music, acting, and fashion.
