Perplexity Comet is awesome if you find the right use case. I am using it for many things and one of them is asking Comet to do API endpoint testing using Postman after development. Give it enough context about the payload and other details and let it handle the... show more

Perplexity Comet is so good, just give it a task and let comet cook. I gave it access to my GitHub repo and asked it to set up a webhook to listen for push events, and it actually did it. It pulled the webhook URL from another tab, configured it correctly, selected the right event, and it worked perfectly.

Got early access to Comet on Android. Really loving the assistant mode, it’s super fast, responsive, and accurate. I can already see myself using it every day. Thank you, Perplexity team and Aravind bhai.

Perplexity Comet Assistant got a major upgrade yesterday. It’s now much more reliable and performs 23% better in internal tests, so I decided to put it to the test. The task was to handle my LinkedIn account, follow the CEO of Perplexity, find a specific post, and comment under it, and it nailed it in one shot. It’s navigating more like a human now, and its reasoning at each step is quite good in how it decides the next move. Comet has become really powerful.

Perplexity Comet is more impressive than people are giving it credit for. At least one person on my team bought a subscription within a few minutes of testing and thinks it will replace his Chrome use. A few thoughts from our team’s testing: - Research: comparable to ChatGPT, brought in good visuals - Labs (projects): generated its own images, text felt similar to Research - Voice: you know I love a good voice interface, you can tell it to pull up a link and it will do it for you - Webpage summary: big room for improvement

In case you're interested watching me go against the YouTube algorithm by not talking about Linux and Omarchy and going the other direction. This is a start for a new 13 part playlist going deep into the operating system (macos) after years of using it and developing on top it and developing FOR it.

I’m not technical at all, which is probably why this clicked for me so fast. I don’t want to build agents. I want the report, the brief, the draft, the analysis. Perplexity Computer feels like it was made for people who care more about outcomes than setup. Found it through Perplexity and started using it via

Kimi K3 is worth every one of its 2.8T parameters. It's the best open-weight model I've tried. It's frontier-level quality, and it can give any model a run for its money. I'm running it on Nebius Token Factory. It comes with an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint and 120 tokens/s (although I've seen much faster responses). If you want to start using it, here is the link:

🤯 Ditched Dia after using placeholder for a day! Comet feels truly agentic - it browses on your behalf to complete tasks. 🔥 👇 I asked for my LinkedIn stats. It opened the site, found the post, and pulled the numbers itself. 🚀

*autoplan* This is one of my most used workflows in pi now While working with AI agents, there is a mechanical process by which I mine the agent for ideas. This reduces an open-ended feature design or bugfixing problem to a multiple choice question Basically, I keep asking paraphrases of the question "is this the best design?" 2-3 times, and then make the agent list them out, with a preference for practicality and simplicity "Is this the most elegant and long-term production ready solution?" "Is this the holy grail?" And then a decision gate which makes the model list all options while recommending a certain one, with a preference for practicality For example, while developing a plugin for pi or openclaw, asking the holy grail often causes the model to suggest changing the plugin/extension API like "The holy grail would be for pi to implement such an such API". The decision gate helps curb such stupid ideas The good thing about this workflow is, I can just automate typing all those mining prompts, and only do the deciding after the workflow finishes Caveat: This is not foolproof. I still reject all options, propose other ones, or run the workflow multiple times until I get what I want. But this helps reduce a ton of prompting to just "autoplan this" for me I am curious: When you try this, does it give you high quality answers/designs? And if not, what should change to improve it? To try it out: Install osolmaz/pi-workflows and then when you need to design something or fix a bug, just say "autoplan this". The skill should be picked up automatically Let it finish. It will give you a summary. When you choose an option, ask it to elaborate it with more details Repo:

This might be the future of education! 🤯 I decided to test the GPT-Live-1 API and built a real-time chess instructor It uses Stockfish under the hood to always give you accurate moves You can interrupt the conversation at any time, and it will always provide up-to-date guidance on how to play using its backend capabilities It is a very nice use case for it!

I think a lot of people are missing what GPT-6 can really do because they're using it out of the box. Give it the right free MCPs and skills, and it starts to feel like magic. Start with Blender MCP. In my tests, it works faster and uses fewer tokens than computer use. If you want to have fun with procedural modeling, go for it. For more detailed models, I use 3D generators and let GPT handle the processing, rigging and animation. You don't need to burn tokens making it build every detail from scratch. I've spent the last six months putting this setup together. These are the tools I actually use for Blender, Unity, Godot and Unreal, including my 3D generation tools. Full breakdown:
