Seeing a lot of people say Seedance 2.5 isn’t worth it now that Minimax H3 is out and can reportedly be run locally with very little difference in image quality. So I decided to do a blind test. These 3 clips were each generated once with: • Seedance 2.5 • Seedance 2.0 • Minimax H3 No cherry-picking. No rerolls. And I’m not naive — I’m sure local models will eventually catch up.
