It's disappointing that Kamala tried to politicize the two hurricanes by calling Gov. DeSantis in an official capacity. That's your job, Joe, and Gov. DeSantis says you and he have been in regular contact. It's basic protocol. It's for the President of the United States (or the FEMA director or someone else directly responsible) to call governors for disaster preparation and disaster response, not political candidates looking for a bump in the polls. The last thing governors in affected areas need now is grandstanding politicians.
