Gov. Ron DeSantis didn’t take Kamala’s call for this specific reason, she’s just interested in using the hurricane for political purposes. Shame on Kamala. She only cares about Kamala.

Kamala is still trying to insert herself into the recovery in Florida. Governor DeSantis has command of the situation in Florida and isn't interested in helping Kamala's campaign. Kamala has no clue what's happening in Florida #Milton

Just a reminder Kamala has never once tried to call DeSantis about the prior hurricanes hitting Florida under the Biden-Harris administration. And it’s not even confirmed she did call DeSantis about Milton. It’s all political for Harris. She just wants to make herself look good for the election.

Isn't she the one that said "if you stay in an evacuation are, you will die!". Yeah, real leader righ there. And I'm not saying this because she ended up being wrong. I'm saying this because even if true, that is not what a good leader does. A good leader does not instil panic and hysteria. She could learn a few things from DeSantis.

We urge you to take this storm seriously. Please listen to your local officials, and if you are told to evacuate, please do so immediately. Do not wait until it is too late. Already, we have sent more than 1,000 federal personnel to be on the ground in Florida to assist with preparation for this hurricane, and we will continue to scale up those efforts. We will continue to do everything we can to protect the people who are in the path of this storm. Once the storm has passed, we will be there to help folks recover and rebuild as we are continuing to do for the communities in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, and across the southeast who have been devastated by Hurricane Helene.
