However, over the course of the same year, they have been filing labor condition applications, also known as LCAs, which is the required paperwork for an institution to hire a foreign worker through the H-1B program” I liked more into this and DePaul filed 20 Labor Condition Applications to bring in foreigners to take jobs Also, DePaul is cap-exempt for H-1B visas, making it much easier for them to sponsor foreign workers for roles like faculty, researchers and staff positions This needs to end.
