Gov't shareholders have started making some noise to Gov't shareholders, complaining about Gov't shareholders who were appointed by Gov't shareholders. As one famous German Philosopher once said; Walitudharauuu, aha aha ahauuu. Who's laughing nauuu?

Retail investors should not be last in line. $XOVR was built for a simple reason: to help retail shareholders access opportunities and frameworks that have historically been reserved for institutions, insiders and the wealthiest investors. That same purpose is behind every innovation we have introduced. The private-public crossover ETF structure, the 0/0 SPV structure, the liquidity arrangement, and the Shareholder Protection Plan were not separate ideas. They were all built around the same principle: Long-term retail shareholders come first! In my FOX interview from June 12, 2026, I discussed XOVR’s three-step Shareholder Protection Plan around the SpaceX IPO event. The Plan was designed to help protect existing long-term shareholders by: • Updating the valuation of XOVR’s SpaceX exposure under the Fund’s Board-reviewed valuation framework • Limiting certain large, short-term event-driven creations ahead of the IPO • Applying exit economics intended to help protect existing shareholders XOVR was built for shareholders who believe retail investors deserve a stronger seat at the table. Every major step we have taken has been guided by that same commitment. Long-term retail shareholders come first! That is why XOVR was built, and that is the principle that will continue to guide it. For more information, please visit: Information as of June 12, 2026. For informational purposes only. Holdings and exposures are subject to change. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please review the Fund’s prospectus and website disclosures before investing.

I'm only pointing this out, as I think Ryan Cohen has his letters lined up, ready to fire at will, with some devastating Cannon blasts. Especially if the Board of eBay wants to force this into a hostile takeover. Ryan, imo, has more material to sink every one of those folks, expose their greed, inappropriate relationships, and more material evidence of the reasons why they might want to protect their exorbitant compensation. All the while, sticking it to the common stock shareholders, the people that pay their salary, benefits, in-house happy hour bill, and more, with a list too long to recite. Certain eBay board members apparently like to hob nob with the Milken scene. You know, the Beverly Hills conferences, the high finance hedge fund types, after parties at Jimmy Kimmel's venture capital company called Wheelhouse360. Talk about birds of a feather. In 2025, this eBay board member shared a seat on a panel of experts on AI at a Milken conference. The one other panel "expert" that caught my eye was Carl Icahn's friend (not), who Carl forced his resignation as CEO of Illumina in 2023, for making a foolish Acquisition, devastating shareholders with a decline of 62% in their stock price and $50B of Market Cap. All the while, the "independent board" was dead set on overpaying that CEO deSouza in 2022 by increasing his compensation to $27M, which was an 87% increase from the year prior. Carl explained in his Illumina Letters, that the acquisition deSouza pushed for was doomed from the start, as the Feds still hadn't approved their product to be used in the U.S. and would never get approval from the Fed. And guess what? They didn't get approval, and Carl was right. From Carl's letter to his fellow Illumina Shareholders: "Illumina’s letter is penned by incumbent Chairman John Thompson and begins with the phrase, “As Independent Chair of the Board of Illumina…”" "We wonder how Chairman John Thompson and CEO Francis deSouza can continue with straight faces to minimize their extensive relationship. We find this difficult to accept when CEO Francis deSouza publicly stated in November 2021: “I’ve known John over the last 15 years, as sometimes a boss, many many times a mentor and ALWAYS A FRIEND”" "We also remind shareholders that, despite Illumina’s stock declining 62%, resulting in $50 billion of value destruction, the incumbent board of directors saw fit to reward CEO Francis deSouza with an 87% increase in compensation to $27 million in 2022" Me personally. I can't wait. I think RC has these rats backed up into a corner, and he is fired up and ready to start playing Whack-A-Mole..strike that..Whack-A-Rat. Which, imo, is the same reason, why MSM is slamming RC too. They are cooked, and they know it. 🐀🔨...😂

Why is Warren Buffett's writing so popular? He's built a career out of writing annual letters that are read by millions of people every year. Here's how his writing differs from other investors: 1. You can stand out in the business world by writing like an actual human being. 2. Don't just write about ideas. Joke around. So goes Buffett's famous line: "It's only when the tide goes out that you find out who's been swimming naked." 3. Write to a specific person, not a faceless group of masses. Legend has it that Buffett addresses the early drafts of his annual letters to his sister (Dorothy) and replaces her name with 'Shareholders' once he's done with it. 4. You can differentiate yourself simply by writing with a different voice. Buffett tries to come across as a folky, hokey, aw-shucks kind of guy who's nothing like the kind of Suit Guy you'd find in Midtown Manhattan. 5. Read things that other people aren't willing to read. Historically, part of Buffett's edge is that he was obsessively reading 10-K filings before they were as accessible as they are now. 6. What's another example of Buffett doing things that others weren't willing to do? Friends tell me he used to call managers at various companies and get them to disclose their business plans, back when this was legal. 7. Deadlines are your nemesis in the moment, but your friend in retrospect. Buffett has no choice but to produce an annual letter every year, and those annual deadlines have made him a prolific writer. 8. Share your wisdom freely. You don't need to share all of it, but it can help to share some of it. 9. Don't just share ideas. Name them. 10. What's an example of naming your ideas? In business, it's common knowledge that a company's success can compound. For example, it'll take 12 years for a company to reach $1 billion in revenue but only one more to reach $2 billion. Scale leads to more scale. Buffett calls this "The Snowball Effect." 11. You don’t need to write much to have outsized success. Warren Buffett (and Jeff Bezos) have built their reputations by writing one excellent letter to shareholders every year. 12. If you're early in your career and don't know where to begin, start writing. Buffett attracted some of his early investors by publishing his ideas. His mentor, Ben Graham, did the same thing. He wrote two best-selling books on his way to getting rich by investing in Geico early. 13. Writing is a BS detector for your ideas. Buffett once said: "Some of the things I think I think, I find don’t make any sense when I start trying to write them down." 14. Oh, and one more thing: Maybe you should drink more Diet Coke?!? These lessons are only a slice of the talk I've shared below about Warren Buffett's writing style. It centers around a framework called POP Writing, which you'll immediately be able to bring into your own writing. If you'd rather watch the full thing on YouTube, I've shared a link in the reply tweet.

🎯 Off Target: Randi Weingarten’s Fight With Target Isn’t Remotely About Education Randi Weingarten is not even pretending her job is for teachers anymore. On a recent movement call with Sunrise, YDSA, and the AAUP, she bragged that she pressured Target to make a public political statement against ICE and laid out what AFT leadership wants next. She starts by “disclosing” something she says she has not yet told her own executive council. “I wrote to Target on February 1st… on behalf of all of the shareholders of teacher retirement systems… about 7 million shares of stock.” That’s teachers’ retirement money being leveraged as a political cudgel. AFT leadership is now speaking as shareholders, consumers, and activist enforcers, not as a union focused on classrooms. Then she admits she prioritized a meeting with Target over an active strike in San Francisco, and her demand to the company’s leadership wasn’t subtle. “Why can’t you simply say, as a corporation, ‘ICE out of Minnesota?’ Why can’t you say that publicly?” When Target says it prefers handling things privately, she escalates immediately: “My history tells me that many corporations said that to other autocrats too…” Then she spells out the real objective. “We need to untether their relationships with this administration, which will require more and more and deeper and deeper corporate campaigns.” “We need to do both schools and engage in these corporate campaigns…” That’s total mission drift. Teachers’ time and attention are finite, and classrooms have bigger fires right now: staffing shortages, disorder, burnout, special ed overload, and contracts that lag reality. None of that requires Target’s CEO to issue a statement.

In 2014, Elon Musk was asked whether he would stay on as the CEO of Tesla, given that he had his plate full with two companies. (Ten years ago, running 2 major companies was seen as a lot for Elon) He said that he would stay for 4 or 5 years, through 2018 - 2019, to see the ramp of the Model 3 through to completion. After Elon and his team successfully ramped the Model 3 to profitability (which by the way everyone also said was impossible), Elon was supposed to leave and choose a new CEO to run Tesla. Instead, we got the revolutionary 2018 compensation plan that retained Elon as CEO for the future by offering him stock options if he could take Tesla to heights that were considered "laughably impossible" by the media at the time. Against all odds, Elon achieved every single goal in the plan, and Tesla hit a $650 billion market cap. And it didn't stop there, as we all know. Elon stayed as CEO long past when his tour of duty was supposed to be over, and made Tesla a global success story. Then courts struck his comp plan down. Most CEOs would probably leave at this point. You offered me stock options so I would stay on as CEO, the plan got invalidated... why am I still dealing with the daily headaches and insane drama of running this company? But Elon is not most CEOs. He cared about his shareholders, and he stayed and made sure their investment was protected. And shareholders have done very well. Tomorrow, at Tesla's 2025 shareholder meeting, we have a chance to retain Elon for the future, make sure he has control of the company — not Wall Street — and right the wrongs of the 2018 plan. Elon kept his end of the deal for us, let's keep up our end of the deal to him. If we don't, we will realize as we face the impossible task of replacing him just what someone like him is worth. That's why I'm voting yes today with every $TSLA share I own. Who else is with me?

‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦The terms of the peace treaty that Russia offered Ukraine in 2022 were softer than the current ones ▪️This was stated by the head of the Russian delegation in Istanbul V. Medinsky in an interview with the American RT journalist Rick Sanchez. ▪️Conditions in 2022: – Ukraine's refusal to join NATO and deploy foreign military bases on its territory, – recognition of equal rights for the UOC and the Russian language in Ukraine, – recognition of Crimea as Russian, – "leave two regions of Donbass alone." ▪️Medinsky claims that in the spring of 2022, Ukraine, after consultations with then British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and representatives of the US government, stated that "foreign partners are against concluding an agreement" with Russia. ▪️At the same time, those who consider themselves shareholders of Ukraine do not allow the “management” to reach agreements that are beneficial for Ukraine.” ➖“The previous head of the Ukrainian delegation – a smart guy, a very smart, flexible negotiator – once told me: “It’s easy for you, Vladimir, to say – you have one boss. And I have three,” Medinsky said. ▪️Recall that the previous head of the Ukrainian delegation was the leader of the parliamentary faction “Servant of the People” David Arakhamia, who last year said that Ukraine refused to sign a peace treaty with the Russian Federation, including after Johnson’s visit, who said that “we will not sign anything.” - RVvoenkor

Intel had its own answer to Nvidia, and it was killed a week after he walked out the door. This is Pat Gelsinger, 34 years at Intel, on the project nobody remembers. At the height of Intel's strength on CPUs, they laughed at what Jensen was building. "When we were at the height of our strength on CPUs at Intel, we sort of scoffed at his machines. Right? Like, oh, it's a graphic machine. There's some gamers who want to use that kind of stuff. It was always the big CPU and those little GPUs." Nvidia did the unglamorous thing instead. They put a real software stack under it and made it slightly better every release, for years, while nobody scored them. "But when they started to build a real software stack with it... this CUDA thing and SIMT as a technology... And it just sort of kept getting a little bit better and a little bit better. And it was a little bit Jobs-like in that way. 'We're just making it better every release and it's becoming more robust.'" Nvidia did not see the payoff coming either. Somebody else found it for them. "And all of a sudden, the crazy Japanese HPC guys said, hey, we could take those graphics cards and maybe start using them in HPC. And that was defining moment where it wasn't just about doing graphics anymore..." Intel was not blind to any of it. Gelsinger had a project to do exactly the same thing with x86. "I had a project at Intel, Larrabee, where we were trying to take the x86 and essentially do the same thing." Then he left the company. "In my first departure from Intel, the project was killed a week after I left. And the world would have been so much different." He returned as CEO more than a decade later, to a company that had spent the interval handing money back to shareholders instead of building. "In the five years, five, six years before I came back, Intel gave $100 billion to shareholders. It hadn't built a new factory in a decade when I got there." Bookmark & watch:
