Wonder what stops Ministry of Railways Central Railway DRM Mumbai CR to clear these illegal structures beside the railway tracks between Vadala Road & GTB, some of them are between tracks, under the bridge & few taller than the Rail bridge itself posing a safety hazard. If Western Railway can do it at #Bandra East, why can't you recliam it. The stink is nauseating as one travels this section.

My suggestion, while trying to pass a Constitutional Amendment to bring in Women's Reservation & increase the strength of Parliament to 750-815, bring in a law that makes it mandatory for over 80% attendance per session for every Member of Parliament. This includes right from top, from the Hon'ble PM, to the Hon'ble LoP to an ordinary Member of Parliament & failure to have over 80% attendance in two sessions will mean a dismissal as MP. Also each MP has to raise 10 written questions for their constituency per session & a failure of this would mean the MPs will not get their perks as MPs! I am sure you agree with me :

This is supposed to be an opposition Member of Parliament in Zimbabwe called Samantha Mureyani from Manicaland. This Member of Parliament spoke in Zimbabwe’s Parliament today. Despite being an opposition MP, she stated that she supports Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 sponsored by the ruling ZANUPF. She specifically spoke about her support for President Emmerson Mnangagwa remaining in office for an additional two years beyond the current constitutional term limit of 10 years. She also expressed support for the idea of extending presidential terms to seven years. This is the quality of some of the MPs sitting in Zimbabwe’s Parliament today. As I have said before, this is not just a Zimbabwean crisis or a Zimbabwean story. It is a regional story. When the political fallout from these developments begins to unfold and the economy deteriorates even further, it is countries such as South Africa and Botswana that will bear the brunt of increased migration pressures from Zimbabwe. That is what unfolded in Zimbabwe’s Parliament today. This MP was brought into Parliament by the charlatan-imposed opposition parliamentary leader, Sengezo Tshabangu, who captured the CCC party, taking advantage of the fact that it did not have a constitution or leadership structures. He falsely claimed to be the party’s Secretary-General, which he was not, and exploited the vacuum created by the absence of formal structures and leadership.

Pushing Down the Mound Is Hurting Your Velocity The biggest mistake I see is guys trying to rotate by pushing. They try to push to create linear momentum down the mound. That’s the wrong way to go about it. When you push, it actually makes it harder to rotate. And rotation is where most of your velocity comes from. Hip to shoulder separation is responsible for a huge portion of pitching velocity. If you take away from that, you’re taking away from your velo. That’s why even from your knees, you can throw close to 80 percent of your top velocity. So the goal is to maximize rotation and create as much separation as possible. The pelvis fires toward the target while the rib cage, shoulders, and chest stay back. That stretch and torque is what propels your arm through.
