nice demo but its more like fur. grass is not something that bends like hair and snaps back on to its original position. also it wouldn't make a perfect curve upon bending and the bend is usually segmented.

Really neat... But just some minor feedback, as I'm sure you're still working on it.. 1) It looks *****incredibly***** unnatural 2) the way the grass springs back up and waves like tendrils under water is... disturbing. 3) grass doesn't usually pop back up like that, or at all.

There are many parameters to control how it moves, but I liked it this way.

is this running in a texture buffer? or did you used some other technique?

No, each grass blade is simulated individually, not in a texture.

This looks perfect for seaweed!
