KIDS: When you lose the puck, how hard are you willing to work to get it back? As a coach, I want you to make plays. I want you to be creative. I want you to play with no fear of making mistakes. The only stipulation I have is that when you try to make a play and you turn it over, you have to work like hell to get it back. Here's a great example from a team that MAKES A LOT OF PLAYS. Tampa turns it over in the Ozone and then watch the effort from the players to get it back. Hounds. They create another turnover and then get rewarded in transition. Coaches, amazing clip to show your teams!!

It really should be regulated the same way alcohol is. It should be for adult use, 21 and older. There’s the alcohol lobby that doesn't want it legal because it cuts down on alcohol sales and I know they lobby to try to make sure those laws stay in place. And then, unfortunately, you have prison guard unions that lobby for it, which is fucked. Right? They wanna keep their job. What's always lost in it is how much these individuals give back, from Warren Buffett on down. Just yesterday, Michael Dell, who's probably worth 50 billion, gave 6.2 billion back to the Trump accounts to kids that are born, so they get $1,000 each. We don't give credit to these extremely successful entrepreneurs that create hundreds of thousands of jobs in America if not millions. I just wanna do a shout-out for that because it's lost in this narrative of inequality. It really is and it's a huge mistake.
