Today is a struggle. But I know I am where I am supposed to be. As I sat in my truck in front of the Sprint Car Hall Of Fame, reflecting on 10 years ago, asking Bryan for a sign. I look up to see this, spent the next hour reminiscing with the Johnson Family, we laughed we cried but we all knew we were in the exact place at the exact moment we were supposed to be. mingyu talking about their tiny desk concert video 🖤 🐶 i wasn't able to sleep until 5am earlier, i wanted to post the tiny desk video on my ig right away and i feel proud [of what we did] and i was really nervous as well. we were in washington dc for around 5 days and we rehearsed for that to prepare and then filmed, and it wasn't really easy. we really had nothing - there was no audio coming out from the mic and it was just my raw voice. we didn't have any in-ears, we weren't singing over a backing track either but with a live band so i was pretty nervous. so i was contemplating if i should do it or not but i kind of just went for it at the end. it was a good experience and i just went for it thinking, "when will we ever get to do this?" seeing us, seventeen, on npr is so fascinating in itself and i felt very proud of what we achieved that's why i liked it.
