Grok Build just got a /remember command. It stores notes with a side-by-side preview so your AI coding assistant actually retains context across sessions. The pattern is clear: Grok is being built as a developer that never forgets.

I just built a game where you catch a Super Heavy booster with Mechazilla arms. This was entirely built with Grok Build, Grok 4.7 and a simple prompt. The booster comes down to Earth. I control the arms with the keyboard. If I miss adjust, it blows up. If you’ve got a game in your head. Open Grok Build and go build one. It’s unbelievable how powerful Grok Build is.

Grok Build just created a game called Grok Racer for me. The great thing is that I told Grok to use Grok Imagine for the images in the game and it did! That’s fantastic and proves that Grok Imagine can also be used for active game coding. It works well and looks so cool.

First look at Grok Build by xAI, this time as a CLI tool running directly in the terminal. This is clearly positioned as a competitor to Claude Code, bringing agentic coding workflows into the command line with xAI’s own model stack behind it.

I used Grok 4.5 in Grok Build to create a game engine for agentic coding, then built an ARPG on it, with all game assets generated via Grok Imagine in Grok Build. AI agents can build worlds, combat, loot, progression, maps, tests, and playable games. ⚒️🎮

An AI coding agent shouldn’t need emotional support every time it touches git. Grok Build now runs on Grok 4.5 and can handle more safe commands by itself, answer quick side questions faster and make long responses easier to navigate. So you can explain the job and stay focused on the part that actually needs you. It keeps up. That’s the point. Grok xAI X Freeze / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

🚀Announcing Qodo Aware 🚀 Your AI coding assistant is flying blind. It sees a few hops from your current file, but misses a LOT of context that matters. Qodo Aware is the first and ONLY deep research agent built for finding the right context across large, complex codebases: 10 repos or 1,000. 🔥 Read the blog here ->

Grok Build Web UI is live. I built a local-first dashboard for Grok sessions. Open a fresh Grok CLI and it shows up live, then inspect activity, Git changes, session history, and control agents from one place. npx --yes grok-ui

Grok Bot just got a LOT more interesting. Someone figured out how to run Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor inside Grok Bot with a surprisingly simple setup. The setup is basically: 1. Copy the `setup-grok-prompt` 2. Give it to your agent 3. Done. Four minutes. That changes the conversation completely. Because Grok Bot isn’t just sitting there answering questions anymore. You can start thinking about it as a layer that orchestrates other AI coding tools and agents while you stay focused on the outcome. And this is exactly the direction I’ve been exploring. I wrote a deep dive on how I built a Second Brain using Grok Bot that works 24×7, 365 days. Not another “here’s what Grok can do” article. It’s about turning Grok Bot into something that can remember, organize, execute, and keep working in the background. If you’re curious about what happens when you stop treating AI like a chatbot and start treating it like a digital worker… My article is a must-read.

Just built this space battle game with Grok 4.5 in Grok Build, and it absolutely nailed it I literally gave it a simple two-line prompt, asked it to research the idea and build the game, and it did the rest A few back-and-forth tweaks, and took a free low-poly spaceship model, and Grok handled the integration surprisingly well....even the sound effects Now I can’t stop playing it. It’s actually super fun. Grok just got even more addictive…

xAI just gave Grok reusable Skills. Which means you can finally stop repeating yourself like a confused office intern. Build a skill once. Grok can reuse it across chats, edit files, check Gmail, touch GitHub, run code, and handle repeat tasks on command. “Use the skill.” Done. Grok is starting to feel less like a chatbot and more like a digital employee with insomnia. Grok

Grok Build is coming. Not autocomplete… a full coding agent. You describe it. Grok plans, codes, and debugs. Up to 8 agents run in parallel. Apps, sites, full repos. Built from plain English. Arena Mode picks the best output. The local CLI keeps your code private. This isn’t “help me code.” It just builds. xAI Grok

Grok Bot is already here and it’s different While regular Grok chats and answers questions, this new agent from xAI gets its own virtual machine, plugs into your tools, and actually finishes the work. A developer built a full sci-fi platformer with Grok 4.6 and Three.js, then handed it straight to Grok Bot for gameplay feedback. No more just talking about ideas. Start shipping them. Grok Build for Windows. Your terminal just got a dev teammate. Plans, writes, runs, debugs. Not suggestions. Execution. Multi-agent system. Arena mode ranking outputs. This is real coding inside PowerShell. Set it up on Windows: * Open PowerShell - run as Administrator * Install it - paste the command irm | iex * Go to your project - cd into your repo * Run grok - launch the CLI * Sign in - one-time login with SuperGrok * Start prompting - build, fix, refactor * Let agents run - parallel work, less waiting * Review outputs - diffs, rankings, results Windows dev flow. No excuses. xAI Grok

i love Grok Grok Bot i do not love its rate limits here is a simple way to get more usage out of it: install your coding agents on Grok Bot's virtual machine Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, Antigravity, etc then, install herdr to manage those CLI agent sessions now give Grok Bot a rule: use Herdr + CLI agents for anything more than conversational tasks your rate limits for Grok Bot will only be coordination and prompting, rather than the coding tasks themselves and you can use those Cursor and Grok Build limits AND crank on Grok Bot without getting rate limited as fast
