1. How's the recruiting coming along? 2. How's the quality of the recruits at CFLRS? Did they stop spitting on the DS, sexually assaulting the female staff, start listening to superiors who are younger than them? 3. How's retention going? Answer those questions, because no matter how many times the geniuses at the puzzle palace do re-orgs none of that matters without people. Competent people.
