The training becomes triumph. Your test becomes your testifier to the power of Almighty God. There is purpose that comes from the pain. There is power that comes from the perseverance. Obedience comes from the obstacle the Lord equips you to overcome. The pressing brings forth the promise. The battles you fight protect your birthright. The attacks strengthen you to advance. The arrows are meant to strengthen your armor, Ephesians 6. The shield of faith stops the fire. The sabotage becomes your steps to higher levels with the Lord. Your strength comes from submission, even when you don't understand. Hope that perseveres in the heartache. Joy from destroying the enemy's javelins. Every weapon and device the enemy deploys at you, the Lord utilizes what was meant to destroy you to grow you; strengthen you, teach you the resolve in the storm. The perseverance of the battle, the faithfulness amidst the fire. Conviction when the enemy offers compromise. Growth that is groundbreaking. Redemption that is ratified by heaven. Real talks, hard talks, loud coaching, expectations, and learning from mistakes are all part of the process. You can’t be weak in this sport. Its HARD!! It’s important to understand that a coach who is strict, gets loud, pushes you, and holds you accountable is doing it because they care. They see something in you and they refuse to let you settle for less. Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from being challenged, corrected, and pushed to a higher standard.
