AFTER NORD STREAM, US LNG TO EUROPE BECOMES AMERICA'S SHORTAGE Matt Smith, founder and CIO of Chronometer Partners, spent 18 months modeling US energy from the well up. His conclusion is blunt: American gas looks fine in 2026 and 2027, then storage starts collapsing in 2028. A large share of the molecules already promised to Europe after Nord Stream was destroyed will not be there when the United States needs them. THE CORE FINDING ➡️ Natural gas already powers more than 40% of US electricity and is becoming the country’s most important fuel. ➡️ 2026 and 2027 still look comfortable. ➡️ From mid-2028, storage begins falling below every level in the historical record. ➡️ By 2029 it drops below all known evidence. ➡️ Smith’s line: “You’re going to start to see a knife fight to secure natural gas physical in 28 like we really haven’t seen before.” THE NORD STREAM AFTERMATH ➡️ After Nord Stream was destroyed, Europe lost its cheap Russian pipeline supply and turned to US LNG instead. ➡️ That shift was sold as security for Europe. It also locked American molecules into long-term export contracts. ➡️ Smith’s work says those same cargoes are a core reason the US system starts eating storage in 2028. ➡️ Europe bought expensive US gas after the pipeline was gone. That gas is the supply America will be missing when power prices spike. ➡️ You cannot simply call the ships back. Contracts, project finance, and allied demand stand in the way. WHY THE SQUEEZE IS LOCKED IN ➡️ LNG exports are already large and set to more than double by 2030. ➡️ AI data centers are now stacking even more gas demand on top of those exports. ➡️ There is gas in the ground. Getting it out, cleaned, and moved fast enough is the real problem. ➡️ New pipes take years. Wells decline fast. “You don’t press a button to solve this.” THE SLEEPWALK ➡️ The futures market still prices gas as if nothing changes. ➡️ Fifteen years of shale abundance created deep complacency. ➡️ “Gas has lulled everybody to sleep.” ➡️ The biggest loser is the US consumer. Electricity bills are where the pain hits first. THE BOTTOM LINE Europe replaced lost Russian pipeline gas with US LNG. America is now committed to send abroad the same fuel its own grid will need. 2026 and 2027 will still look fine. 2028 is when the fight for physical molecules begins. The gas sold to Europe after Nord Stream is the gas that will be missing at home. #NaturalGas #NordStream #LNG #EnergyCrisis #Europe #ElectricityPrices #GasShortage

Urban Meyer said, "It's so easy to be average." "Did you push yourself to be great today? If you didn't do it, you lost today. We don't have many days to lose." Excellence isn't the goal, it's the standard. It's the daily standard you set. You achieve excellence when your commitment and perseverance become routine. • It's the will to commit and compete. • It's the standard you set. • It's your daily mindset. How to Win Today with Excellence 1. Be Unrelenting in Your Work Ethic - Create a relentless approach to your work and your goals. Put forth maximum effort and focus in everything you do. It's not just what you do, but how you do. By consistently pushing yourself, you'll continue to improve. This unwavering dedication is crucial in setting you apart and leading you towards success. 2. Commit to Greatness and Your Craft - You have to be committed and dedicated to your craft. It takes focus. This commitment to excellence and continuous learning ensures constant growth and expertise in your craft. Excellence is not the destination, it's the journey. 3. Always Learn and Look to Improve - Always be on the lookout for ways to better yourself, whether it's through learning new skills, seeking feedback, or challenging existing practices. This mindset of growth keeps you adaptable and flexible when you face new challenges. 4. Uphold Daily Consistency and Discipline - Establish and adhere to a regular routine that supports your goals. By practicing discipline in your daily habits, you create a foundation for consistent progress and achievement. This consistency is the bedrock of excellence, transforming ambitious goals into reality. 5. Choose Resilience and Grit - Resilience is a choice. Accept that there will be adversity and by embracing this adversity, you have the opportunity to learn and grow stronger. This power of resilience not only helps you overcome immediate obstacles but also builds your character, essential for long-term success and fulfillment. 6. Build the Vision then Prioritize - Build the vision of what you want, how you're going to get there, and then attack. This is important because it focuses you on what matters. It prioritizes what is important to help you manage your energy and attention every day. You wake up each day knowing the vision, where to concentrate, and how to get there.

🚨 THIS LOOKS REALLY SCARY We've seen this before: Dot-Com crash & 2008 crisis 1. The S&P 500 saw strong growth from 1995 to 1999 1995: +37.6% 1996: +23.0% 1997: +33.4% 1998: +28.6% 1999: +21.0% 5 year and then came a 50% CRASH 2. Later, since 2003, the S&P 500 rallied for another 5 straight years 2003: +28.68% 2004: +10.88% 2005: +4.91% 2006: +15.79% 2007: +5.49% 5 year and then came a 52% CRASH 3. Here's what the S&P 500 has done since 2023: 2023: +24.2% 2024: +23.3% 2025: +17.1% 2026: already +7.7% 2027: ??? Doesn't any of this concern you? Does it all really seem normal? Let's assume the S&P 500 is trading around $8,500-9,500 by the end of 2026 The market will have posted strong gains for 4 straight years, and most of that growth will have been driven by the tech sector But you're smart people - you understand that electricity demand from data centers, largely driven by AI, is growing extremely fast Many new data center projects in the U.S. are already being delayed or canceled because of grid capacity constraints, transformer shortages, and long connection wait times And if that continues, companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta could start issuing weaker AI revenue growth guidance for 2027-2028 That could force investors to reprice tech giants lower The market is already pricing in extremely aggressive AI growth expectations, so any slowdown could be painful On top of all that, SpaceX ( $SPCX ) starting trading today on Nasdaq, and it's also considered part of the tech sector Then later this year, the market could see IPOs from Anthropic and OpenAI as well Large IPO waves have historically impacted liquidity and investor sentiment Read this twice if you want to understand why I'm concerned about what's coming next I've said this before, and the cycle is still playing out exactly according to plan Turn on notifications and drop your thoughts below The next phase is gonna be very important

Conor Neill: "Why smart people stay broke" "Took me a few years growing up to really learn this. In school, I did quite well in exams just through intelligence without having to do a lot of work. When I was young, I valued intelligence over action." He explains the trap smart people fall into: "One of the dangers for smart people, the smarter you are, the better your excuses. The more accomplished you are at talking yourself out of taking action. At proving to yourself that every action you could take is too small, too meaningless, and not worth it." Neill shares a quote from George Leonard, who brought jiu-jitsu from Japan to the US: "You cannot do everything. But you can do one thing. And another. And another. That's the way you make massive progress in life. Doing one thing and another and another." On his own YouTube channel: "Very often I sit down and think, these ideas aren't particularly deep or wise. But what makes this channel grow? What makes you come and connect? I guess the ideas aren't terrible. But I show up, and I share them. The fact that you show up and try and act, week after week, month after month, year after year, with a little bit of intelligence, you start to get better and better. You start to become more articulate." He emphasizes: "Even if the action is poor action, you're going to learn something from it. It's so easy to talk yourself out of action. But life rewards action, not intelligence. Not smarts in your brain, but action into the world." On discipline and measurement: "Until you measure something that matters, you do not know if you're disciplined." Neill shares a personal story: "My mentor would ask me to do some writing. Just write a few technical notes. Months passed. Years passed. I just wasn't making progress. So I hired a writing coach. For one year, I had a call every Wednesday. Every call would begin with him asking one question: how many words did you write this week?" The results were brutal: "He pushed me to measure how many words I wrote each day. Each week. Early on, it was very painful. It felt like I was putting a lot of energy into writing. But the actual number of words being produced. day after day, week after week, was very low." The realization: "It was only when I really got this measure, and made sure I looked at it each morning, each evening, each week, that I started to realize: so much of the effort was in my head and not turning into words on a page." Neill warns: "Be very careful in evaluating your discipline by whether you feel like you're making an effort. Because your mind will cheat you into believing you're being really busy. You're putting in a lot of effort. For me, it was brutal. The feeling in me was that I was putting a lot of time and energy into writing. But those early weeks, seeing that it resulted in so few words being written, that was the truth." He concludes: "Everything good in life happens when you're off the sofa and engaging with the world. Find a measure of something that matters. Pay attention to whether you're making progress on the actions that lead to that measure. Value action above thinking, or intending to take action."

I knocked on 75 doors today and talked to 2 dozen voters today. After I explained to them what was at stake for this election in WI on April 1st. They told me immediately they are going to vote for Brad Schimel Team Schimel coming up. I also sent 235 postcards out this week to voters. I got another 165 postcards on hand. I just got my stamps today so the rest of that will be sent out this week. My business letters will be coming on Monday and Tuesday. I got 700 of them because I would love to add a personal touch to it because we have a lot on the line here in this election and I don't voters sitting at home. If the voters sit at home. It's a vote for Susan Crawford. I don't want that. I am putting a ton of urgency and effort into all of this. I did text 350 people this week and most of all of them are going to be voting for Schimel. I had a few liberals, but I just shrug it off because If their not gonna stop drinking the dems coolaid. Micron is going to be a $4,000 stock and the CEO just told you exactly why in one interview (Save this). Micron is no longer a chip company but rather a America's monopoly on the most strategically critical material in the AI buildout. It's the only western company manufacturing memory at advanced nodes, sitting on $200 billion in committed domestic capex, with every unit of its highest value product already sold. let's start with the supply reality, Mehrotra said Micron can currently meet only 50% to two thirds of the demand from its key customers. That shortage will last well beyond 2027, and meaningful new supply from anyone in the industry does not arrive until 2028 at the earliest. Two more years of demand outpacing supply in a market growing 168% year over year and that is the floor on the bull case. Now layer on what makes this cycle structurally different from every one before it. Micron is the only American memory manufacturer on earth, Samsung and SK Hynix are South Korean. In a world where AI infrastructure has become a declared national security priority where Commerce Secretary Lutnick and Trade Ambassador Greer personally showed up to a fab dedication in Manassas, Virginia being the only US memory company is not just a competitive advantage. It is a government backed structural monopoly on the most critical input to the US AI buildout, backed by $6.2 billion in CHIPS Act subsidies across Idaho, New York, and Virginia. The $200 billion buildout spans Manassas for DDR4 defense and industrial memory, Boise for leading-edge DRAM with first wafers out mid 2027, a second Boise HBM fab with first wafers by end of 2028, and the Syracuse megafab, the largest semiconductor facility in US history, breaking ground January 2026 with up to four fabs over time. Combined, these sites take Micron's domestic production from 10% of its total output today to 40% over the next decade, and create 90,000 jobs in the process. The business model transformation is the real story. Come join Milk Road Pro for our full breakdown, our complete Micron valuation model incorporating the $200 billion domestic buildout and our entire AI thesis. Link below.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. OpenAI and Anthropic are losing money on every dollar they make. OpenAI generated $20 billion in revenue in 2025 and is projected to lose $14 billion in the same year. Internal forecasts project cumulative losses hitting $44 billion by 2028. The company's own CFO warned executives in April 2026 that OpenAI might struggle to finance upcoming computing deals if revenue growth slows. Anthropic reached $4.3 billion in annualized revenue in April 2026 against $19 billion in total costs. It spends $3 to make $1, and is not expected to stop burning cash until 2027. Now look at what these two companies have committed to spend. OpenAI and Anthropic together have committed $1.05 trillion in cloud spending to Microsoft, Oracle, Google and Amazon, making up 43 to 54% of each provider's entire future revenue backlog. - Microsoft: $627B total backlog. OpenAI and Anthropic account for 49%. - Oracle: $553B total backlog. OpenAI alone accounts for 54%. - Google: $467.6B total backlog. Anthropic accounts for 43%. - Amazon: $464B total backlog. OpenAI and Anthropic account for 51%. The entire cloud industry's future revenue is a bet on two companies losing billions every quarter. Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta and Amazon are collectively expected to spend $725 billion in capex in 2026, almost entirely on AI infrastructure. Combined hyperscaler capex from 2025 to 2027 is projected at $1.15 trillion, more than double what was spent from 2022 to 2024. What is the return on all of this? McKinsey's 2025 State of AI survey found that only a minority of companies reported AI meaningfully increased revenue or reduced costs. Enterprise generative AI spending grew from $1.7 billion in 2023 to $37 billion in 2025 and most CIOs still describe their initiatives as pilots without clear ROI metrics. Microsoft's AI business is running at a $37 billion annual revenue run rate with 123% year over year growth. That sounds impressive until you realize most of the capex funding is justified by expected future AI revenue rather than current AI profit. The internet burned money for years before it became the most profitable industry in history. But right now $1 trillion in committed cloud spend, $725 billion in annual capex, two loss-making customers making up half of every major cloud provider's revenue backlog, and the enterprises writing the checks cannot tell you if any of it is working.

NEWS: Elon Musk's The Boring Company just laid out detailed plans for the future of its tunnel system in Las Vegas, and what to expect in the near future. • Phase 1: Limited airport rides are already being tested using existing Loop stations (Resorts World, Encore, Westgate, LVCC). About 50 rides are currently being given per day. This week, Boring Co. began picking up airport passengers after 100 of its 130-car fleet of Teslas were outfitted with transponders the airport requires of transportation companies. • Phase 2: A new 2.2-mile dual-direction tunnel from Westgate toward Paradise Road is under construction. Initially, vehicles will exit the tunnel and complete the final airport leg above ground. This will remove 2 miles of above-ground travel needed now. Boring Co. President Steve Davis expects this portion to be in operation in the next couple of months. • Phase 3: The tunnel extends closer to Terminal 1. This will eliminate waiting for the stoplight at the intersection of Tropicana and University Center. The Vegas Loop’s fleet will jump to between 250-300 Tesla vehicles. • Phase 4 (which Davis calls the “holy grail”): A dedicated underground airport station directly serving the terminals. • Core Las Vegas Strip construction could start this fall • Strip build-out targeted for ~2027 • Downtown and southern expansions could follow in 2028–2029 To build the full system, The Boring Company needs 600+ more permits across Clark County. Each permit currently takes ~6 months, with a new one currently being approved every 1-2 weeks, which is why the company is working with local officials on a streamlined, operator-style permitting process similar to how SpaceX operates.

There is something about running on the road that a treadmill can never teach you. The road doesn't care if you're tired, if it's humid, if you've had a long day at work, or if you didn't sleep well. It simply demands you to keep moving. During last two years, I've run on empty roads before sunrise, sometimes on streets filled with traffic, flyovers that tested my strength, and stretches where the only sound I could hear was of me losing breath. Every run on the road has been different but every time I run on road, it reminds me that running is far more mental than physical. When you run on the road, you can't control everything. There are potholes, traffic lights, barking dogs, unexpected distractions, humidity, rain, headwinds. You have to adapt instead of complain. You must stop waiting for perfect conditions because progress rarely comes on perfect days. Road running has also taught me patience. You don't become a marathoner in a week. Every long run, every early alarm, every extra kilometer is an investment. There are no shortcuts, you need to be consistent. The biggest challenge is never the distance. It's the voice inside your head that tells you to stop. There were times when my mind wanted to quit but every time I chose to keep going, I finished the target only to feel more stronger, not just physically, but mentally. One thing I love about running on roads is that they constantly remind you to stay present. You have to watch where you step, be aware of traffic, adjust your pace, and make decisions every second. Running on road rewards focus and punishes distraction. It's a lesson that extends well beyond running. Another lesson is that the most challenging routes usually offer the greatest results. The steep climbs while running on bridges make your legs stronger. The long runs build the deepest confidence. Running on roads has also taught me that discomfort is temporary, consistency beats motivation, and growth begins the moment you choose not to quit. The roads of Karachi are more than training ground for me. They've seen me on my happiest mornings and my toughest days. These streets have quietly become my therapist, my teacher, and my coach. They've listened when I had no one to talk to, challenged me when I wanted to quit, and reminded me that no matter how chaotic life gets, the only way forward is one step at a time.

Morgan Stanley just raised their 2027 AI capex forecast to $1.1 trillion and that number still doesn't include SpaceX or a lot of the other AI companies (Save this). When you factor those in, the real 2027 figure is probably closer to $1.5 trillion and AI lab inference revenue combined is tracking toward $300 billion in 2027. On its surface that ratio sounds alarming, spending $1.5 trillion in capex to generate $300 billion in revenue. But the framing collapses the moment you examine two things the bears consistently ignore, gross margins and the revenue trajectory. Gross margins on inference revenue are running at 60 to 70 percent. That means the $300 billion in inference revenue generates $180 to $210 billion in gross profit and that number compounds rapidly as utilization scales on infrastructure that is already built and paid for. The Capex is not being deployed against today's revenue but rather being deployed against a revenue trajectory that has shown no signs of decelerating. To understand how aggressive that trajectory actually is, consider that Morgan Stanley's $1.1 trillion hyperscaler forecast is nearly double what analysts projected for the same year just twelve months ago And they described the demand as inelastic, meaning it is not slowing down regardless of rising costs, tighter financing conditions or geopolitical risk. The AI industry ended 2025 tracking well over $200 billion in combined inference revenue and the growth rate since then has continued to accelerate rather than flatten. Anthropic alone scaled from negligible revenue to a $30 billion annualized run rate in approximately 18 months while OpenAI is tracking toward $280 billion in annual revenue by 2030 from $13 billion in 2025. There is also a structural reality in the capex number that the bears never account for. Roughly 35 percent of total AI spending goes toward training, building the next model generation which is not revenue-generating in the current period. That means only about 65 percent of the $1.5 trillion in capex is actually deployed against the inference infrastructure that earns revenue today. When you apply the 60 to 70 percent gross margin to the revenue that sits on top of that 65 percent figure, the economics look substantially better than the headline capex to revenue ratio implies. Every CEO who has been closest to this buildout has consistently underestimated it and Jensen Huang projected $1 trillion in AI capex two years ago and was called delusional. Dario Amodei said in early 2026 that AI revenues would reach the low hundreds of billions by 2028 and trillions before 2030 and given where Anthropic's own revenue trajectory is today, he is likely revising those numbers upward. The pattern here is consistent, every time someone models the revenue ceiling, the actual number breaks through it faster than expected. Come join Milk Road Pro for our full breakdown, the real unit economics of the AI inference buildout, how the capex to revenue ratio evolves over the next three years, and our entire AI thesis! Nebius is going to be a Trillion-dollar company! Twelve months ago, Nebius was trading near $18 per share with roughly $55 million in quarterly revenue. Today the stock trades above $225, quarterly revenue just came in at $399 million, up 684% year over year and the company has a contracted revenue backlog that would make most Fortune 500 companies envious. But the current market cap, sitting around $56 billion, prices in almost none of what is actually coming. The first reason Nebius reaches a trillion is the Meta deal alone. In March, Nebius signed a five year agreement with Meta worth up to $27 billion, one of the largest infrastructure contracts Meta has ever signed with any company under which Nebius will provide $12 billion in dedicated AI capacity across multiple locations, with Meta also having committed to purchase up to an additional $15 billion in third-party capacity over the same period. That contract barely starts until 2027, which means the revenue impact is not yet reflected in any trailing metric. The second reason is Microsoft, which is currently receiving its first deployment phases from Nebius and is expected to contribute at full annual run rate starting in 2027. Between Meta and Microsoft alone, Nebius has signed agreements worth more than $46 billion in total contracted value before a single additional customer is counted. The third reason is the ARR trajectory, which is the fastest revenue ramp of any infrastructure company in the public markets. Nebius ended 2025 at $1.25 billion in ARR and is guiding to $7–9 billion ARR by year-end 2026. Wall Street analysts project revenue growing 523% in 2026 and another 206% in 2027. One of the company's own institutional shareholders has already suggested the year-end ARR could come in more than twice the guided range if the Meta and Microsoft ramps hit their timelines. The fourth reason is Nvidia's direct involvement. Nvidia made a $2 billion strategic equity investment in Nebius and has given Nebius early access to the Vera Rubin platform, its next generation GPU architecture as part of the delivery commitments to Meta. The fifth reason is the capacity buildout, which is being funded by the revenue itself. Nebius invested $2.5 billion in capex in Q1 alone, CEO Arkady Volozh has guided for $16–20 billion in total investment for 2026, and contracted capacity is now on track to exceed 4 GW by year end with new owned sites in Pennsylvania at 1.2 GW and Finland at 310 MW now under development. The more capacity they build, the more they can sell and demand continues to outpace supply at every stage of the buildout. When you run the math on a business with $7–9 billion in ARR exiting 2026, a $27 billion Meta contract that begins in earnest in 2027, a Microsoft relationship at full run rate, 206% analyst projected growth in 2027, and a structural relationship with Nvidia that gives it hardware access no competitor can match, a trillion-dollar valuation within three to four years is not a moonshot. It is the base case if the compounding holds, and every data point so far suggests it is. Milk Road Pro called this one early. Our analysts added Nebius to the portfolio when it was still flying under the radar, and we are sitting on a massive gain on that position right now. If you want to see what else we are building conviction on before the rest of the market catches up, come join us at Milk Road Pro at the link in bio/below!

Christianity isn't a gateway to making wealth. God operates on the linear of PRINCIPLES. That's why the rain falls on both the good & the evil. You can be the best Christian & be very poor. If you want or you desire to create wealth, then you must under the PRINCIPLES that God works on in regards to creating wealth. It is IMPORTANT to note that God is the only one who gives us the permission we need to create wealth. This is found in Deuteronomy 8:18. The KEY PRINCIPLES OF CREATING WEALTH ARE: 1. PUT GOD FIRST — Matthew 6:33 The Bible teaches that wealth should never become our master. Build, invest, grow and prosper, but never allow money to take the place of God, character, family or purpose. 2. WORK DILIGENTLY — Proverbs 10:4 There is no biblical shortcut around work. Consistent, disciplined and intelligent effort creates opportunities, builds competence and gives your ideas a real chance to become productive wealth. 3. DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS — Proverbs 22:29 Skill can open doors that connections cannot. Keep learning, improving and becoming excellent at what you do. The Bible says a skilled person will eventually stand before kings. 4. CREATE VALUE — Proverbs 31:16–24 Biblical wealth comes from producing something useful. Build businesses, solve problems, provide services, trade, manufacture, farm or create something that makes another person's life better. 5. PLAN BEFORE YOU MOVE — Proverbs 21:5 Hard work without direction can still leave you broke. Set goals, understand your numbers, calculate the risks and build patiently. Wealth is usually the result of deliberate decisions repeated over time. 6. SAVE PART OF WHAT YOU EARN — Proverbs 21:20 You cannot consume everything today and expect financial freedom tomorrow. Learn to keep part of your income, build reserves and prepare yourself for emergencies and future opportunities. 7. INVEST AND MULTIPLY — Matthew 25:14–30 Money that simply sits idle loses opportunities. The biblical principle of stewardship challenges us to take what has been entrusted to us and responsibly make it more productive. 8. DIVERSIFY YOUR INVESTMENTS — Ecclesiastes 11:2 Do not put everything you own into one investment, one customer or one business. Life is uncertain. Spread risk so that one unexpected setback does not destroy everything you have built. 9. DO NOT WAIT FOR PERFECT CONDITIONS — Ecclesiastes 11:4 There will never be a perfect time to start. At some point you must research, calculate the risk and move. People who wait until every uncertainty disappears may never build anything. 10. AVOID GET-RICH-QUICK SCHEMES — Proverbs 13:11 The Bible warns that wealth gained hastily tends to disappear. Sustainable wealth is normally built slowly through discipline, consistency, investment, productive work and patience. 11. BE CAREFUL WITH DEBT — Proverbs 22:7 Debt can accelerate growth when used wisely, but it can also destroy freedom. Never borrow casually. Understand the cost, repayment obligations and whether the debt is creating productive value. 12. LIVE BELOW YOUR MEANS — Proverbs 21:20 Financial freedom is not only about earning more. It is also about controlling what you spend. Many people increase their lifestyle every time their income rises and never actually become wealthy. 13. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS — Proverbs 27:23–27 Know the condition of your business, assets, debts, cash flow and investments. You cannot manage what you refuse to measure. Financial ignorance can destroy even a profitable enterprise. 14. SEEK WISDOM BEFORE MONEY — Proverbs 3:13–16 Money without wisdom can disappear very quickly. Before chasing returns, develop judgment, discipline and knowledge. Wisdom helps you recognise opportunities and avoid expensive mistakes.

The selloff in Micron is one of the best buying opportunities you'll see this year (Save this). Sanjay Mehrotra just explained exactly why the old mental model for Micron, cyclical, commodity, mean reverting no longer applies. Every AI system, regardless of what device it runs on, requires more memory at higher performance to unlock its full potential. From data centers to smartphones to autonomous vehicles, memory is no longer a supporting actor but rather the critical bottleneck determining how fast AI can move. What makes this cycle structurally different starts with what happened in 2023. Certain customers drove industry pricing to one third of 2022 levels, forcing Micron into severe losses while still requiring $10 billion in investment just to stay competitive. Most companies in that situation cut spending and survive but Micron invested through the pain with the vision that the other side would be worth it. Those 2023 investments are now producing 84.9% gross margins, $41.46 billion in quarterly revenue, and Q4 guidance of $50 billion up from $11.3 billion in the same quarter just one year ago. That is what it looks like when a company bets on itself at exactly the right moment. Even Micron's own largest customers, Nvidia, Google, Amazon could not forecast the scale of AI memory demand that materialized. When the biggest technology companies in the world cannot project their own memory requirements, you are watching a structural transformation that nobody had models to predict, still in its early innings. Supply cannot respond quickly enough to close that gap. Mehrotra confirmed on air that tightness extends beyond 2027, new domestic fabs take years to bring online, and new HBM capacity which requires advanced 3D stacking that compounds in complexity at every generation won't meaningfully arrive until late 2028. There is no fast fix to a shortage of the most valuable memory on earth. The strategic customer agreements are the most underappreciated part of the entire story. Multi-year contracts with volume commitments and price floors now cover roughly 20% of DRAM volume and 30% of NAND volume, locking in a $100 billion contractual revenue base. The old Micron was at the mercy of customers who could crater prices overnight while the new Micron has contractual floors that make the 2023 scenario structurally impossible to repeat. Long Micron and make sure to follow me Melvin for more deep dives into AI and memory.

Andrej Karpathy just gave one of the clearest explanations I’ve heard for how people should be thinking about their Hermes agents. Not one agent. All of them. “Remove yourself as the bottleneck.” That line is much bigger than better prompting. Karpathy is talking about arranging your agents so they can operate with less human intervention, keep work moving longer, and accomplish far more from the relatively small amount of direction you give them. That should be the direction you’re pushing every Hermes agent you build. Your research agent shouldn’t need you to tell it what to search next every five minutes. Your monitoring agent shouldn’t depend on you remembering to check something. Your content agent shouldn’t stop after step one when the rest of the workflow is already known. Your development agent shouldn’t need you sitting there approving every tiny action. That doesn’t mean blindly making everything autonomous. It means deliberately looking at every place where you are still unnecessarily sitting in the loop. Give the agent a clear objective. Give it the tools it needs. Give it the right Skills, memory, files and project context. Define the boundaries. Define what success looks like. Give it a reason to start working, whether that’s a schedule, an event, a recurring task or another agent handing work off to it. Most importantly, define what it can handle itself and what actually requires you. That’s the shift. You’re no longer just building something you can chat with. You’re building an operating workflow that can continue doing useful work after you walk away. Karpathy later puts the goal even more directly: get “more agents running for longer periods of time without your involvement.” That might be one of the best north stars you can use for a serious Hermes setup. Because the number of agents you have means almost nothing by itself. You can have 20 Hermes agents and still personally drive every single action. Or you can have five well-designed agents researching, monitoring, organizing, building and reporting while your attention is somewhere else. So instead of asking: How many Hermes agents can I build? Start asking this about every agent you already have: What am I still doing that this agent could be doing without me? That’s where the leverage starts.

Jensen Huang just told you exactly which AI bottleneck never goes away and it points directly to one of the best trades in the market right now. He did not say chip bottlenecks are permanent. He said the opposite, more chip capacity is a two to three year problem, more CoWoS packaging capacity is a two to three year problem, and none of the manufacturing constraints currently limiting Nvidia's ability to ship are structural barriers that cannot be solved. What he said is permanent or at least, far harder to solve is energy. You cannot build AI factories, reindustrialize the United States or build robots and next-generation compute without energy and energy does not respond to large purchase orders the way foundry capacity does. It involves regulatory timelines, grid interconnection queues, permitting cycles, and national policy decisions that no single company can accelerate regardless of how much capital they deploy. The US is staring down a 19 gigawatt power gap by 2028, and PJM launched an emergency integration plan earlier this year just to handle current data center load, not future load, current load. Nearly half of the data centers planned for 2026 are already delayed or canceled not because of chip shortages but because of transformer shortages, switchgear backlogs and grid capacity constraints that have nothing to do with silicon. This is the exact environment that makes Nebius a structurally differentiated position. While every other AI cloud buildout is fighting the same power bottleneck Jensen described, Nebius has already secured over 2 gigawatts of contracted power capacity with a 1.2 gigawatt campus in Missouri, another 310 megawatts in Finland and a Pennsylvania site adding another 1.2 gigawatts to the pipeline. Power is the constraint Jensen says no one can shortcut and Nebius has already locked in more of it than almost any independent AI cloud operator on the planet. That power moat sits underneath a $27 billion contracted revenue deal with Meta, a Microsoft partnership ramping to full run rate in 2027, and a 684% year over year revenue growth number that just printed in Q1. The Nebius thesis was always about infrastructure scarcity in a world of accelerating demand, Jensen just confirmed on camera which scarcity actually matters long-term, and it is exactly the one Nebius spent the last two years solving before anyone else was paying attention. Milk Road Pro called Nebius early, has been sitting on a massive gain on the position, and continues to track the infrastructure plays that matter before they become obvious to the rest of the market, come join us at the link in bio/below!
