Hot Take: This is exactly what is wrong in Rockstar Game’s mission design. During this section in GTA V; I got stuck my vehicle between some rocks and I was trying to get it out As soon as I managed to get un-stuck, the Rockstar’s hand holding mechanism kicked in and the game decided it was a mission failed, prompting me to retry the mission. I don’t think these unnecessary mission failed screens should appear so often, especially in GTA VI. This is somewhat of an exaggeration but you get the point, sometimes just trying to take a different route or approach during a mission will get you the mission failed screen Recent Rockstar Games are rated M (GTA 6 too probably), so I don’t understand why Rockstar likes to treat gamers who play these games like children. Anyone with a logical brain will know that they’re stuck so they can pause the screen to restart from a checkpoint or destroy the vehicle to get the mission failed screen. I really hope that GTA VI offers more freedom for players when it comes to approaching missions and situation like these ones.

For generative AI to become an interesting art tool, we need much more control over the output. The slot-machine-like nature of pure text-to-image leaves too much to chance. Using the "Real-time Latent Consistency Model" that I'm using in the example here, is the first time I truly got a glimpse of a future where we'll be able to use our artistic skills and sensibility, to get control over AI image gen. Systems like these will never be able to match the quality or originality of a skilled artist, it won't surprise us in the same way an artist can. Things are a mess in terms of the training data these models are based on, and the questions about copyright concerns and about a time when everything will look the same are very valid. At some point capabilities like these will be embedded in photoshop, and anyone will be able to generate a pretty picture. But to create interesting designs, to tell original stories and to surprise us, we need creatives and artists with something on their mind. We'll be able to create immersive worlds, by making brush-strokes and sculpt marks, without needing to worry about all the dials, plugins, wires of our 3d and 2d tools today. I love to sculpt, I love to draw, and I love to explore new mediums and new ways to create. The Gen AI tools we have today are far from perfect, and things need to be steered in a better direction. For that we need artists to help point the way. Gen AI isn't going away.. it's too powerful and has the potential to allow us to tell stories like never before. Like all other big technological shifts, tech like this will come at a cost, but it will also open up new opportunities and empower a new generation of storytellers. I might be naive, but I believe that human ingenuity and creativity will persevere in this new world ♥️ #art #ai

And this is not "some day", this is in Unity/Unreal now. Video games are about to be filled with AI NPCs indistinguishable from humans. Also trippy: watch AI NPCs go around trying to convince other NPCs they're in a simulation. Soon, there will be levels upon levels of simulated AI NPC worlds - and most of these AI NPCs ("fake people") will probably think they're in base reality, like most humans do. Chris Cuomo says neither Trump/Harris are gonna save us: “We’re doing what’s easy and cheap and getting drowned in division and fear.” “I realize now Trump, Harris, no politician, no party, no one’s going to save you.” “Howard Beale was right, you cannot put fate in the hands of the system or political party or politician. The only thing that can make things different in America is bottom power from the people.” If either Trump or Harris get elected in 2024, not much will change. The media will make it seem like the world will end if their candidate doesn’t get in, but in reality not much will change. Even if RFK is elected, at the national level a lot will change but your life in reality probably won’t change very much. That’s because one person can only do so much. Trump/Harris will both just let the Uniparty thrive in DC and RFK can only do so much to change DC and the change he enacts will be at a national level not local. If we want real change we need to make the change happen in our communities. A thousands communities throughout the nation being changed through more people getting involved locally/statewide will have more affect than almost anything our politicians do at a national level. It can be influenced by physical movements and it also can be influence through non physical stimuli like thoughts, emotion, aura fields etc. Eventually you will be able to move the fluid by will. The fluid is what creates the vortex you see. The key to spirituality is the fluid. If you can manage to keep the fluid stimulated and in activity you will be truly spiritual. As a child you had a heightened spirituality! Dont worry, nothing has been lost it’s still all inside you!

For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. Refs to clouds, ‘in the air’, whirlwinds etc. are simplistic descriptions of Craft. In updated words – Jesus will return as he left – on a Craft. Most importantly it is the CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS returning. New Heaven and a New Earth. Unity Oneness. Indian developers are polluting everything this is what everyone will say, because of all these non-sense gitlab has conducted its hackathon and guess what all top 3 are indians, so naturally I was curious about the PRs that they have submitted and when i opened to see their contributions, all were just typo changes in the readme's, docu changes, docs, docs, docs, docs, docs only docs and grammatical fixes and not a single major code change or anything, not a real grade production code.. for these people a whole country will be ashamed ( let me put that on hold for a bit ) like... I mean, if they have to do this to add open source contributions to their CVs, then it's as good as you don't do open source at alI, it's a waste of time doing it like this

The depth of Elon Musk’s messianic delusions is not fully appreciated. He is a transhumanist eugenicist who thinks humans are a “biological bootloader” for AI. Banks in which humanity is a kind of pet for giant AIs that control huge spaceships. Humans can change their bodies into almost anything—switch gender, add wings, etc.—and take all the drugs they want. This is the future Musk imagines: Superintelligent AIs that allow a few elites to hang around enjoying “abundance.” The rest of us are nowhere to be found in his vision. His only response to the poors is to just throw money at us—because he says it’s worth nothing anyway. In reality, he will use his unlimited money and power to try to cull the population. He’s already started. MUSK: And I do think we’ll have universal income. We’ll basically just issue money to people and the, really, just because the output of goods and services will so far exceed the money supply. But that, that effectively you have deflation. #JanJingjing #jingjingyu 💬: have you started thinking about fancon performances? 🐯: yes, we started thinking about it, but we haven’t thought of anything that is official or that serious yet. we have lightly talked about work or different concepts, but there hasn’t been anything that’s officially confirmed. but if you ask whether i’ve thought about anything, i’ve been watching a lot of performances and sending them to choreographers to watch, saying, “i think i like performances in this style. i want to dance in this kind of style.” i’m just very excited, everyone. there are so many things that i want to do on stage when it comes to dancing the styles i really like. and i think that… not just thinking! i want to tell everyone that janjingjing’s fancon this year, everyone will get to see the dance styles i like. i will incorporate dance styles that are most like myself in the performances, so everyone gets to see and say, “this here is what jingjing yu likes to dance!! she likes dancing like this!!! she likes dancing in this kind of style!!” so i want everyone to get to see it and come to janjingjing’s fancon! i guarantee that it will definitely be fun, because the two of us love singing and dancing so much. i believe we’ll be able to put together a fun and not boring show! i think everyone will probably like the performances in janjingjing’s fancon done by the two of us!

🚨Did you know that 2 years ago the WEF posted a video ‘warning’ us about the possibility of a CYBER PANDEMIC? It is an absolute must watch if you want to get insight into their strategies and how this “cyber pandemic” could potentially be the great catalyzer for The Great Reset… As you can see in the video, they’re talking about a “cyber-attack with COVID-like characteristics” that will deregulate our entire infrastructure - way more than covid has ever done. Even more interesting, is that they state that this virus could only be stopped by globally shutting down the internet. Yes, you read that right. Imagine what will happen if we’re cut off from the internet. Everything imaginable will stop working: Traffic, transportation, the healthcare systems, food and water supplies, the list goes on and on and on. Absolute chaos and mayhem will arise. The financial system will most likely crash, people will start looting and within 24 hours (or when food starts running out), people will start bashing each other’s skulls in. The solution they’ll propose? First, I imagine it to be some form of martial law to shut down the riots. Once order is restored out of chaosc they’ll then introduce measures to “prevent a disaster like that from ever happen again”. At this point, the majority of the population will probably gladly accept any restriction/measure out of pure desperation and fear. In fact, they’ll probably be begging for it. What could those be? Think Central Bank Digital Currencies, Digitial ID, ID verification to regain access to the internet , facial recognition, it will all be made mandatory - for our “safety”, of course. Of course, all of these things can and most likely will be implement even without the need for a cyber pandemic, if enough people comply. What do you think will happen?
