Would have to see if the officer made a lawful stop, if he didnt push what privileges he was afforded by the citizens or go beyond the bounds the citizens created for his authority. For example, if there was no reason to grab him; this would be self defence. The officer then committed a murder, not a killing in defence. Very complex situation and need much more detail
