And? Most countries have biotech and pharma industry. It would be surprising if Ukraine had no biotech company Flashing images showing the number of global employees employed by a company which also has a Ukraine presence means what has been going on there is likely 'normal'

You understand that these companies aren’t all headquartered there, right? Like most major capitals they simply have a big office there
